I hv been doing this exercise for more than 3 months. I didn't add anything new, i did this individually and had been really consistent with this. I did this everyday (rarely took a day off), i didn't sit on a diet. I did only 1 time a day. My belly has really lose a lot of fat and it's gone so much slimmer. I love this exercise. Consistency is the key to success!

This routine was so good, I think i'll do it for a week to get all the exercises right Day 1 ✅ DONE Day 2 ✅ DONE (It's been a few days since I first did it but I didn't feel like doing it but here we go again) Day 3 ✅ DONE (I did all the exercises and I feel very good, I feel how my muscles work and I like it!) after i stopped doing the workout for a month i lost some of my strength, now i can see the effectiveness of working out, hopefully i will be able to build it up again as i saw results when i first did this workout for 3 or 4 weeks i felt so confident

ive been doing this workout daily for around 4-ish months i believe (along with doing some of her other workouts daily, such as the 10 minute leg and thigh slimmer video) and I’ve lost 20 lbs!! I started at around 190 and I’m currently around 172 :) my height is 5’7 fyi, and I’m a teen. I’ve also seen drastic improvements in my stomach, although not quite flat yet :) Keep in mind this is also well doing a calorie deficit and eating healthy, but I’ll be glad to continue working out and improving for as long as it takes to reach my goals (flat stomach, thin legs, 140 lbs)

Damn this exercise is not a game play at all, 4 mins in and my belly is already sore, sore but happy because I can literally feel my abs forming lol Finished the whole 15 mins, it feels like a HIIT for abs/belly, I usually don’t sweat so much from an exercises... feels like I burned my whole today’s calorie intake lolll
I'll be honest with you. I've been doing this since September or October of last year and I've seen results in like a week or something like that, but I remember when I did the slim thighs and legs workout and I was sore for a few days Lol.😅😂🤣 But I always enjoy it on top of dancing that I do and I find I feel so much better and energized compared to before where I would stay tired alot and didn't feel like doing anything until doing these exercises. It's like it starts out hurting and soreness for a little while, but it all pays off in the end and in the long run. 🙂

Many people say that oblique movements widen the waist and some of your workouts contain those movements but many people have said that they got a slim waist from your workouts so now i am confused and kinda scared to do those movements 😭😭 can you maybe enlighten me ?
