I find having a cut-off time for food by early evening has really aided my digestive system and sleep. If I do get hungry, I reach for something light, which is easy for my body to process like avocado. Thank you for sharing your wisdom ❤
waaah i love midnight snack sometimes. my kids would say, mama i want shawarma and its 11pm - im always that cool mom that put on her pants and love driving 30mins to downtown to get the best shawarma even at midnight :D :D (i avoid whenever I can resist :D hehe).
