  • The Jake Origin Story: I grew up with glasses, 5.00 diopter high myopia, and yet today have 20/20 natural eyesight. No surgery, no glasses, I figured out how myopia actually works and how to reverse it (and no, not eye exercises!) The mainstream tells you it's impossible - but the whole concept that myopia is an illness, is complete unscientific nonsense (a 100 billion dollar a year profitable nonsense, though).

    If your eyes get tired through the day and you cannot active focus any more at this distance, don't lean your head, just pull back your screen closer to you.

    I've been moving closer, instead keeping far away. This so helpful

    I really needed this video...
    I improved from -5 to -3.5.
    And got stuck with the -2 diopters for close up since 2 months
    Now I got my mistake. 👍

    Loved that you gave and showed an example of what you meant. It gave me clarity and left no room for confusion. Hope to see more of this in the future! Appreciate the video Jake!

    Dear Jake, thank you this was very helpful! I have been incorporating a standing desk into some of my work, and slowly as I work there I start to hunch over and stick my face right in the screen.

    Thanks to you both my daughter and I have dropped one diopter - we are so grateful! Does anyone know who in UK will prescribe glasses that are just sufficient to enable computer use? Difficult to find an optician who will prescribe anything less than the strongest possible lenses!!😣😥

      Buy glasses online

    • @junky5422
      @junky5422 4 роки тому +3

      Do a bit of reading on endmyopia about the mechanics of it and and its easy to figure out your own prescription and what you'll need for computers. After that i'd use specky4eyes, they are cheap enough that you can get few pairs, so if you find one doesnt suit you are only losing a few pounds. They are also the best ive found quality wise.

      @@junky5422 If you don't mind could you tell me what your differential glasses prescription is comparing to your full prescription? I did some research and reduced mine by 1,50 on both eyes for close up, but I wanted to compare with other people since they say the prescription varies from person to person...
