    I only used 1kg weights (2.2 pounds), but only just started with weights. It was enough for me to feel it. Will continue. with it.

    I'm very advanced with weights being a retired Personal trainer. This is an excellent video for woman beginning weight training as it can be intimidating. Just would like to see a simple chest exercise as well incorporated into this video. Thank you!💪❤
