    I've started doing these yoga exercises and I feel the change in my back and neck. As I suffer with cervical pain and the pain has lessened a lot for me. Thank you for the wonderful yoga poses. 🧘‍♀️

    ❤thank you so much for sharing your time and talent. I am a 57yr old potter and am regularly stove up in the mornings! I have been doing your 7 basic Asans whenever I am in pain but this week I have been trying to make it part of my daily routine and an extra gift wears as I was in resting pose this additional video popped up and I added it !

    I love the 12 basic yoga asanas. I also have been practicing basti kriya jala basti or yogic water enemas before doing my yoga asanas since I was 13 in 1995 for detoxing, fitness, health, wellness, pain management and weight management.

    @8.20, Bhujangasana, you say we need to hold the pose for few minutes. This we do by inhaling the breath, and exhale while coming back down. If we have to hold the pose for few minutes, is it possible to remain just with the inhale breath? Or can we keep breathing by hold the pose there? Please clarify. I always get confused about when to inhale and when to exhale.

    I have been doing all three of your videos every day and have noticed so much less back pain from desk job and more flexibility! I have been alternating which sides I start with each day since both sides don’t always have equal time

    So what are the steps- I have seen 1st video, but in this video, you are showing warmup as well. So, first, warmup then needs to start from your 1st video and then this 2nd ?

    I have just found you today (july 2024) i am morbidly obese with severe back problems and limited mobility, i tried your first beginner video this morning before a short bike ride and its the first time in 3 years my back pain was SIGNIFICANTLY reduced ❤

    part 1 and part 2 BASIC YOGA ASANAS were very refreshing for me to do as i wanted to restart practicing yoga after many years. Best compilation of asanas and it couldn't have been a better for me to restart yoga on the yoga day. Great job 👏

    Hello madam myself sibananda, can you make a special topic for anti aging (food,yoga,exercise) mean to say that a special topic in anti aging specially a series 7 days or 14 days day one to 7th or 14th a complete series what actually we it for male and female separate.please can you make it.every youbtube channel not describes or has no series in it.🙏.

    Very clear and simplifying teaching..I love it. U described benefits of every asanas. I request u to explain who cannot do each asana with medical history like arthritis, bp, heart decease, diabetics, vertigo etc. which help to exclude that asana if anyone with such medical history.     Easy to follow instructions and yoga exercises. The instructor is very calm calm and walks through each step with clarity. I will give her a perfect score of 100%. Don't get discouraged if your body is not as flexible as it should be. Personally, I can't do all 12 poses perfect, but they still help my physical and mental health.

    Should not wear metal bracelet or watch or metal necklace when doing yoga or reiki because it disrupts the flow o f energy.
    Turn the head around and around slowly to warm up. You turned a little bit fast. Do not turn fast because it can cause damage to the muscle and nerve of head and neck.
