I appreciate how you tell us how/when to breathe, and exactly where body parts should be! Many teachers are not as specific.

I'm a 53 year old male and I've been doing a different 10 minute workout daily for a week now and I can already feel the difference! I have experimented with other channels but this one is the absolute BEST for beginners! This video above is one of my new favorites. I feel stretched and relaxed! Highly recommended!!!
Jessica Valant is an EXCELLENT INSTRUCTOR. I have a combination of osteoarthritis and osteoporosis. She is so gentle, so patient, and so positive when she instructs. If you have something nice to say, say it!!!! Let your positivity flow!
I love how she encourages us that if a certain body part isn't doing well on a certain day then we should understand and not be harsh to ourselves over not being able to accomplish some poses. These videos really help me feel good in my body and they're nice of a winding down and grounding myself, calming my mind and paying attention to what my vessel wants 💫

This is the most intense video of done of yours yet (or anyone's in a very long time tbh), and it felt so good! I have herniated discs in my low back. I had two back to back pregnancies and c-sections, so my core just feels awful. I've been doing your back videos and gentle pilates workouts the past few months, and it's made me feel so good! I haven't had any flair ups in that time which is amazing for me, and I feel better than I have in several years. Thank you so much!!

Could you by chance please do a similar one with some of that head chest lift (pre cobra activation move type deal lol) I unfortunately copensate a lot from tense traps from stress and anxiety so a quick morning routine to tap and breath into that area to engage and warm up for the day would be so lovely- I value your content thank you much ❤
