1) Arms above Head and Down
2) Hands Behind Head twist L& R
3) Head slide, slight chin tuck
3b) Turn head left & Right - Create space
4) Rainbow Arch L Side R side
5) Arms front Shoulders Down Small circles both directions
(5.45)
6) Arms above Head (Palms facing each other) Arms down to shoulder height at side in 90° position.
7) Palms forward Arms Y to Ws
8) Neck/Upper back Roll Downs
9) Alternate Arms Above Head & 1 twists back, looking over shoulder, other rests on opp knee.
10) Cradle Head in hands, slight push into hands on Exhales/10secs
11) Ear to Neck, open jaw, open Spaces
12) Arms above Head & Down
13) Roll out Shoulders
14) Shake feet
