First time on your channel, I love the 10 minute workout with weights went slow and I felt safe not gonna hurt myself… I was so bummed there was two commercials in the middle of it , this is the first 10 minute of any exercise where there was a commercial in the middle… More to be revealed

Most people benefit from squats and these are usually safe with light weights for prolapse but you'll need to see for yourself depending on different factors!

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and I find that I can do the squats no problem but the lunges are tough on my knees
I have another UA-cam video that talks all about how to do lunges without pain!
