    I don't love working out and I'm always checking the clock (even on short workouts!) But yours fly by!

    I've been doing your workouts and I love pilates. I still consider myself a beginner and I love the 10-15 mins. If you can make some more like this, I would really appreciate it. I've been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and I get really bad pains but your workouts have helped so much.

    First time on your channel, I love the 10 minute workout with weights went slow and I felt safe not gonna hurt myself… I was so bummed there was two commercials in the middle of it , this is the first 10 minute of any exercise where there was a commercial in the middle… More to be revealed

    Hi Jessica, loved this video, found the tip about whether I'm using too light of weights very helpful....definitely need to progress to heavier ones as I was thinking of my to do list while doing the last round of lifts. So thanks for that tip. 🙂

    Thank you for this work out short and sweet when you’re coming back to it after being Away from working out these short ones really work these are good for pelvic prolapse people as well with the squats?

      Most people benefit from squats and these are usually safe with light weights for prolapse but you'll need to see for yourself depending on different factors!

    Thank you for this! I have what feels like a frozen left shoulder and it's stiff and tight so this exercise/ movement is needed.
    Definitely going to do this a few times a week💕
    Where did you buy your mat from? I need a wide one.

      I'm a total beginner, and 10 mins is easy. (my weights are way lighter). But I can do this. And I love the video on walking inside too. Both get the heart going - just enough so I don't wanna give up. Just what I needed as a beginner. Thanks !

    My personal plan (Im just writing it down here ignore this message haha)
    1) 15 Bicep curls
    2) 15 over head
    3) 15 squad (weights at hips/shoulders)
    4) 13 Push-Press
    5) 13 Hip-Push (Lay down on mat)
    6) 15 Arm-Push (elbows parallel on the mat)
    7) 13 Halfway Hip-Push
    8) 13 Arm-Push again
    9) 10 little crunches (set weights down)

    I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and I find that I can do the squats no problem but the lunges are tough on my knees
