Eight years ago, I was a chubby teenager who suffered from low self-esteem and damaged self-confidence because of my weight. I tried different exercises, but none worked for me (I was also a swimmer back then). Thankfully, I discovered your 30 min low-impact workout and started from there. I eventually advanced to high-impact HIIT months after and have lost a considerable amount of weight because of your trainings. Because of you, my self-confidence improved, and I redeemed my self-esteem. Your exercises made me realize that I can do so much more if I put my heart and effort into what I desire to achieve. Thank you so much for helping me shape who I am today. It’s already 2021, but Fitnessblender is still my favorite workout sanctuary. I’m now 25, and it feels like I grew up with you.

Beautiful background. But I like the white background way better. It is less distracting and more calming for me. Also, helps me see the trainer's body position, motions, movements and the exercise form easily during the workout.

I left fitness blender after sticking with it for so long but, I really really miss you guys. It feels better to workout with you because I can laugh while I workout. The vibes are not the same when you're just counting reps and sets, but having guidance and friendly folk is definitely the better alternative. Thanks guys, for making me realize how much I took this for granted, genuinely one of the best programs to get into, especially for a healthy mind, not to mention a healthy body.
I need to say this after following Kelly I lost 8kgs in 2 weeks...thank you soo much fitness blenders🙏🤗🤩

It's so humbling to absolutely suffer doing the arm circles after not being able to workout for over a month, a little sad to build and maintain body strength for years to then have a temporary health situation set you back massively. So the final comment Kelli said about just doing this workout as a stand alone was just what I needed to hear 💓

This is a terrific warmup, not just for upper body.
I didn't even notice the different background... but (nitpicker alert) I'd prefer less plants and move the camera so you are in front of the windows and not the locked door.
