I have the Carry On lite but it has the long closet. I find it unwieldy and useless. I prefer the packing cubes. I do like the suitcase, though, and just ignore the closet. On one trip I packed the closet empty because I needed it to hold clothes in the place where we stayed, so it did work as a closet in the closet, just not in the suitcase. I prefer packing cubes to the closet.

I have been using a slightly deeper RFID organizer for probably 15years (holds 5 passports with room for more) and I used that crossbody for a month in Europe in 2023. Highly recommend. I've been pondering the CX backpack (in matcha/lime green!)

Would you get this one or the monos hybrid? The price difference is noticeable and the hybrid is not even full aluminum.

I have a 20 years old Heys that has been flying around a lot. Few scratches but still doing good. I was about to buy a mono for my daughter and remember mine was a Heys, look at reviews and saw yours. I think I made up my mind.

I bought the closet and wasn't impressed! I use the vaccume bage with a portable vac made for it. Its so easy and i fit my husband's and my clothes for an Alaskan 11 day cruise in ONE suitcase!! The vaccume bags are not expensive and so easy. I hated the set it was so much work and I fit more without it!!

Love your vids...super informative... i know you " specialize" in reviewing international size carryons but some major carriers like Qatar, allow a max exterior height dimension of 20" (50cm) help! I cannot find a carryon in that size...any suggestions? Thnx

Thanks. Going to Florida in march and I want to take a budget airlines and carry my takeoff luggage. I will be there for 5 days. I want to take 3 bottoms, a sundress and 5 light weight tops. A pr of sandals. I’ll wear my sneakers.

Quince sells compression cubes that are very similar in that thicker material… at $50 for a set of 6. I love them for packing in tight spaces when I am not concerned about weight, since the thicker material is a bit heavier that the ones (like the Away or July) that are out of thinner nylon. The Quince set also has some “interesting” sizes. The XS and S are great for underwear, bathing suits, socks, scarves or other small “bits” (and not just clothing.) And I don’t always bother with the compression feature (if I’m packing light) but I like the option.

OMG! Finally!!! A wide handle belt. Looks like it will fit on my Voyager by Level8. Yay!!!! Thanks for the video… and the coupon savings. Ordered the wide handle belt and the set of small luggage straps. I was debating myself regarding the big belt buddy (bag) and the belt bag and the later won out, for versatility… so that went into my cart too. 😂 Looking forward to getting them, in a week or so (according to shipping date estimates.)

I just bought a Rydir sleeve to attach my personal bag to my rolling carryon, because when my personal bag is full, there’s not enough slack for the trolly sleeve to work. Can you review it?

This video is so timely, as I'm traveling soon and will be using a new wide handle bag that was given to me. I've been trying to figure out how to secure my personal item bag onto my carry on, and this is perfect! I've seen the first Cincha strap before, and thought it would be great, but didn't think they had a wide handle belt. Thank you, thank you!

Those bags, tho a nice idea, are too large as a personal item on many airlines, esp in canada and europe and asia. Regarding the luggage straps,,,,more and more airlines are forbidding them claiming the straps get caught in various machinery used in sorting, moving and delivering luggage on and off the pane and onto carousels, to bad as it is a good idea

I have a hanke hardshell that opens traditionally. It works for me because opening just a small area is lighter weight than opening a clam shell and I have mobility issues with my hands.

I have a backpack that fits smaller airline requirements. It’s anti theft but doesn’t have a trolley strap. I bought a Cincha belt and love it! Might have to look at some of the other items!
