Today, I cook minari salad, from the popular Korean film "Minari". Minari is a type of water-celery or watercress that is common in Korean cooking.
Minari Muchim is a spicy, tangy salad that goes perfect with any main dish.
Minari Muchim 미나리 무침
200g Minari 미나리
1/2 Bellpepper 피망
1.5T Red Pepper Powder 고춧가루
1T Fish sauce 액젓
1/2T Vinegar 식초
1/2T Sugar 설탕
1/2T Green Onion 파
1/2T Minced Garlic 다진 마늘
1/2T Sesame Oil 참기름
