How to make Bossam: Korean braised pork wrap 보쌈의 간편하고 맛있는 레시피

Today, I make the Korean dish Bossam, a braised pork recipe served by wrapping it with side dishes and leafy greens.
Bossam 보쌈
600g Pork Belly 삼겹살
1/2 Onion 양파
10 Garlic Cloves 마늘
30g Ginger 생강
6 Bay Leaves 월계수잎
1T Peppercorns 후추
2tsp Salt 소금
1/2 Cup Rice Wine 맛술
1tsp Coffee 커피 파우더
2T Doenjang Paste 된장
Fill a pot with cold water.
냄비에 찬물을 채웁니다
Put all the ingredients into the pot. Make sure the meat is covered with water.
모든 재료를 냄비에 넣습니다. 고기가 물로 덮여있는지 확인하세요
Bring to the boil on a high heat. Then simmer on a medium low heat for 50 minutes.
센 불에서 끓이세요. 그런 다음 중간 약한 불에서 50분 동안 끓이세요
Remove the meat, slice, and serve.
