Fried Beef and Eggplant 가지소고기볶음
2 Eggplants 가지
Pinch Salt 소금
1cup Water 물
300g Beef 소고기
1T Brown sugar 흑설탕
1T Green Onion 대파
1/2 Red Bellpepper 피망
1T Minced Garlic 다진마늘
1/2tsp Minced Ginger 다진생강
2T Dark soy sauce 진간장
pinch Black pepper 후추
1T Sesame oil 참기름
1tsp Sesame seeds 참깨
1 Red Pepper 고추
1T Plum extract 매실원액 - Навчання та стиль
Cooks very delicious food. I like to eat it very much.
