I would love too see how you tone brunette. I’m natural blonde who went darker can’t afford the salon as often as my hair needs. It’s kinda was out red brass right now?
thank you for doing this, it's been difficult to find a good sample start point, and having the comparisons close (though with a bit of motion sickness lol) was super helpful! :)
Could you make a vid for how to keep dyed hair healthy and bouncy? Your hair looks great with the bold red btw.
Cool experiment.
I just found you accidentally. 🤗 Is there a way to cover minimal grays without having to color my hair every two weeks? I’m a medium/light brown but prefer the lighter shades my hair gets in the summer (dk blonde?) … any suggestions?🙏🏼
What a great idea to pull out half of each strand and keep these parts away with pins, so each final strand shows on the whole length the starting base and the final tone 🥰😍❤️
I’ve used this toner in the past to revive brassy highlights on medium brown hair. The results were amazing.
Excellent tutorial! Thank you for these tips and tricks. Love the inclusion of nail topper. I pick at the polish, which is why I usually use clear coat. It's hard on my nails, of course, but I still find myself doing it. I figured these were similar to Color Street. Unlike CS, I'm hoping I can easily save and use the extras. I usually grow my nails a bit longer than I like, so I can trim them with the clipper after applying each one. Those hangnail clippers are great, too, if people don't have nail scissors.
Please stop the music Thank you
Can't follow this.... Not clear at all
I have a problem I’m trying to fix. My hairdresser and I had a major misunderstanding. I am a natural level 7 mousy dark blonde. I wanted a richer base with Carmel highlights. Not darker just a better color. She took me to a level 4 with some red highlights. After 2 weeks it’s faded to very red orange. She used a semi permanent color. I’d like to tone it to a neutral tone and calm down the red/orange. The examples here were not dramatic enough. What can I use to knock out the red?
Hi there! Im interested in knowing how is it possible that ea h strand ended up with 2 shades? Thank you ❤
at the end? I see side by side comparisons, but did the toner lighten the hair or darken the hair? which strands are the before and after?
What a horrible explanation... "Use 30 to reach out there".... really?
I’m going to lift a wig prior to coloring it so the color will be more vibrant
Shorter time will give you lighter results
Maam is this colour gives permanent
How long can i bleach with 10 vol before it stops working or ruins everything?
I waited for all that to no results That's what I wanted to see what the results were
I tried for first time last night. Amazing wraps to put on but I have white lines at the bottoms of my nails. It's really hard to file with short nails 😭
That was perfect, just the kind of video I needed! Thank you so much!
the music is distracting....need a video with out..im out
Might be a silly question but here goes. Normally on full head highlights i will start at the back with 10vol. And then front and top with 20vol. Will it work if i start in front and top with 10vol and then finish back with 20vol?
I love you so much for posting these! I saved your clip of T15 too ❤😂
This is very helpful. I will save this and reference it again.
u left on too long. if u don’t want grey don’t leave in so long.
I don’t understand this a video at all
Same! I'm sure it's extremely helpful, however, I'm lost 😂
She’s basically showing how this specific hair toner looks on different shades of blonde/light hair. The same color will look different on different shades of hair because of yellow/orange pigments left in the hair naturally or after bleaching. Platinum blonde will take a toner differently than a blonde that is darker with yellow or orange undertones 😊
What's the difference in T14 & T18? Cooler/warmer?
Thank you! 🫶🏽
How long did you leave it on the hair? Do you rinse with cold water?
How long did you leave it on the hair?
Instant follow 🌹
The music is just too much . The instructions are great , but can’t stand the music .
The way you part your hair so perfectly and cleanly with the end of the brush is amazing!! How is your hair staying so tame? I'm constantly having to use a comb while I am doing this because my long hair gets tangled!!! 🙈🤦🏾♀️
I use 10 volume to cover my greys.
My natural color is 4G. I box colored to a 5 (for a year) and now want to return to my natural hue. How long do I leave the mix on to get to my goal, please?
Thank you!!
First of all, love your content! Second , I came here to suggest lowering (or removing )the music…. Seems I’m really late to the party lol
Hi I loved ur vid, i have level 2-3 (idk if i said that right) virgin dark brown asian hair and I came across some blue hair dye recently but the only developer available to me at the moment is 5 vol...whats the outcome i should expect, my friends are saying that it would just give a tint and not rly show any color (the dye is blue btw) i just rly don't know what to expect lol
They turned grey bc they were on too long, but honestly t18 is a beautiful platinum blonde I love it.
Thank you! A proper comparison!!
I thought this toner needed to be applied to wet hair?
After my hairdresser overtones my hair.... I removed & retoned with a almost white toner. Now it's a bit ashy. I want the ashy GONE. I know I can't do a shampoo cap on my roots, I don't want orange too. HELP. I'm not a patient person this is something I want to do and have it done right away
Did you just use grams on the scale? If so, did it equal exactly the amount that was squeezed out of the tube ? My scale lies to me I swear! 😅
Sometimes it’s off a little but it might just be that the tube was able to hold a little more than the manufacturer thought ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I typically measure in ounces- for liquid and for the color out the tube.
So helpful! Thank you ⭐️!
Hi Rae! Great videos! I am about to try highlighting to blend my grays and virgin dark brown hair. I tried some test strands, they were a bit thick. But didn't process to a pale yellow it seems. My hair seems quite resistant. I used 20 vol and left it on the hair (in a foil) for 1.5hrs and got a golden shade. My question is, how long can I safely process my resistant, virgin hair in order to get a pale yellow (I want to tone it ashy to match my grays). I really don't want much warmth if I can help it! Or, can I bleach a 2nd time with 10 vol to lighten it to a pale yellow on the same day before toning? I have a cap and foils. Still deciding which way I'll go. Thanks so much for your time! Ps. I think my hair is about a natural level 5 maybe between that and a 4, hard to tell!
In the video at 1:44 you say it’s low porosity the noodle with less markings then at 2:36 you call it high porosity on the same noodle. I think there is a mixup.
I’m more confused than before I began watching this.
Wow! This is the best video so far on nail wrap application! Thank you oh so much!! 💅❤️
Very useful thank u !!
Glad it was helpful!
