FOAM WREATH TUTORIAL- EASY, CHEAP Mardi Gras/Valentine's DIY wreath!

Learn how to make a beautiful wreath for any occasion out of a foam form! For this wreath, I used pipe cleaners from the dollar store and a bunch of pieces made from paper mache. My original theme for this wreath was Valentine's/springtime wreath, and as I was assembling it, it evolved to be more like a Mardi Gras Valentine's themed wreath. Which I am totally ok with!
