4 STEPS TO MAKE YOUR EYES POP!! HOW TO BRIGHTEN YOUR EYES WITH MAKE UP!

Watch this video if you want your eyes to look bigger and brighter! The 4 steps you will learn watching this video are SO easy and a game changer! You will need a couple items to get started: Q-tip, a light-colored inner eyeliner pencil- I use NYX light purple, a cream highlighter or light-colored concealer- I use makeup forever, and a powder highlighter- I use Estate beauty.
