HOW TO APPLY FASHION COLOR WITHOUT A BOWL AND BRUSH- using Ion Color Brilliance Flamingo

Learn how to apply fashion color using nothing but your, gloved, hands! This technique is super fast and easy! In this video, I use the brand Ion Color Brillance- Flamingo to touch up my faded pink hair! The directions say to let process for 20-40 min, however, I personally think letting fashion colors sit a little but longer makes for better results.
