- If your toner turned your hair a weird color, or maybe your hair color turned out a little too dark this video is for you. This is the first of two videos where you will learn about a technique called a shampoo cap, color balance, bleach bath, etc. In this video, I only use bleach, water, and a little shampoo to lift out the previously toned hair. Check out the next video for the full shampoo cap experience where I add the developer to the mix!

I love your hair may I know what color it is and how do you have those beautiful highlights😍
Thank you!! The base color is a level 7 with an equal amount of warm and cool tones- which makes it a little warm without being like super red. Here is the link to the video where I did my own highlights! ua-cam.com/video/YNntNFV99FM/v-deo.html
Hi! Does this feel damaging to the hair compared to soap cap or normal bleach+developer?
Firstly, I am so sorry for the delayed response! I had to take a content-creating break and I totally dropped the ball on my comments. New content is coming soon, and I will do my absolute best to reply more promptly going forward. I am going to guess that you have already resolved this issue.
In my opinion, it does not feel as bad because you are not adding the developer. It does not lift as much as a full shampoo cap but works wonders for pulling out unwanted tone.
@@TheReelRae totally understandable!! No worries at all. Thanks for your response 🙏🏼
Hello, what measurements did you use for everything?

Wait,no developer?
