I love my one pair of ridiculous rainbow Hiker crocs (that’s the name, not a recommendation - I wouldn’t hike in these under any circumstances lol), but I can’t stand the feeling of crocs without socks. The rubber is so uncomfortable and makes me cringe to feel on my skin. It’s like nails on a chalkboard. I also can only wear them in sport mode bc I have narrow feet and those guys will fly off my feet if the strap isn’t on (sometimes even if the straps are on if I get too enthusiastic lol)

As a chemist, I'm sick of the parabens slander - I prefer to have preservatives in my product so I don't get fungal or bacterial infections. There are significantly more studies in more well regarded journals dispelling a lot of claims from unreputable (non-peer reviewed) sources. This is the "wellness" industry just wanting to demonise things we've used for years in order to make a profit because if you're old one are now "unsafe" to use, you'll need to throw them out and buy new product. That new product also goes bad faster so you have to buy it more often.

Sorry not sorry but calling sunscreen “cancer cream” is one of the most offensive things I’ve ever heard a perfectly normally thing be called. It’s a slap in the face to everyone who has experience with cancer, especially skin. Labeling ANYTHING than the tumors themselves as “cancer” makes you insensitive and terrible. You can’t change my mind. I have the cancer gene and every woman in my moms side has gotten cancer of various types (yes that includes my mom but she beat it a few years ago) so I’m pretty much guaranteed to get it so forgive me if I seem more upset than I “should” be
