I bought my electric razor for 40 bucks almost 5 years ago, haven't spent a penny on shaving since. You don't need to replace the blades on mine, just oil them occasionally. You can get a walh with a bunch of attachments for pretty cheap

My legs itches if I don't wash them so I'll continue. Remember legs can sweat as well.

I can say this when I shave, I use safety razors because they are well dirt cheap and gives me the second best shave you can get, the first being straight. However I shave my head because I'm balding and a close shave it is better than a 5 O'clock shadow for my dome.
