The car has to be locked before the auto open will work. That means you have to walk further away for the door to lock or you can lock it manually.

Did you open it after in an area where there was something on top of falcon wing door to see if sensors worked? Mine after calibration the sensors didn’t work and it hit my garage door motor. Now figuring out that part.

This makes me want to buy a Telsa. But the price tag cost $115K it's expensive.

Why were you surprised that no snow fell in? Your doors were close all night… if snow falls in while your doors are shut, you need a service appointment.

EV people must have a lot of time on their hands to play around trying to get their cars to work. If these doors get damaged I bet they cost a fortune to get repaired. Don't see many of these Tesla X cars in the UK. But then EV's aren't that popular here.

I live in Scandinavia, here we have many months with snow and ice and salt My tesla 3 model year 2019 I have learned the hard way is not made for this climate to take some things the handles freeze so I can't get into the car regardless of whether I use the app to heat the car 2 hours before I go the few times this helps then another phenomenon occurs when i open the door and the window won't go down due to ice and i get in the car and close the door then the window explodes because the window hasn't gone down when there is a lot of snow on the car and I open the rear hatch, most of the snow falls straight into the trunk when it rains the same thing happens the hatch is not water tight and it is not fun to have the hatch filled with water these are just some of the problems i have with my tesla 3 here's a video that pretty well shows what I'm talking about ua-cam.com/video/WSq0u5_0mhM/v-deo.htmlsi=wOkFTrbGs-t-RSLC the next video shows that the Tesla model 3 and Y have no rust protection whatsoever from the factory this is really bad ua-cam.com/video/IRjjS_yY2Qg/v-deo.htmlsi=mZfm1zE3zqcxZp4D Tesla is lousy when it comes to the body no rust protection they mix materials that generate galvanic currents that eat up the metal in the car if you own your Tesla for 1-2 years it works but I would never buy a used Tesla the rust protection is so bad that a 3-year-old car used in Scandinavia already has such rust damage that it fails the car inspection here, Tesla must learn from the established car brands how to make a car body that does not rust apart after a few years this part should be much easier than FSD etc. for this, all icu car manufacturers have the knowledge, it's just for Tesa to copy their method unless Tesla improves the quality of their cars and by that I mean the body, paint, mechanical, then many Tesla owners will be quite disappointed when they sell their 3 year old Tesla which is full of rust and paint damage ua-cam.com/video/740YFhVREy8/v-deo.htmlsi=a2ktLXohIQuqtQ2y unless you live in Miami or Dubai or some other place that doesn't have snow or rain

Most people K n o w that the numbers are not going to be the same when it comes to Wind Cold temperatures One should never have to worry because the car will always tell you when it needs to be charged no matter Is causing the battery to run down quicker There are charges Everywhere There is electricity everywhere Always keep your mobile charger with you when you travel I have only had my tesla since 2022 And I am extremely comfortable When whenever I go on a road trip.

I have 2020 longa range plus yes!!! I do get 175 200 miles the most out if full charge !!!! Range claimed 348 miles!!

It’s a good video and test of the worst-case scenario. A person really wanting to prevent snow from falling in though, would have done it a bit more conscious of the weather, specifically, not opened every vertically-raised door simultaneously while the wind and snow is still falling, but regardless, it at least shows possible, and helps people to create scenarios where snow doesn’t fall in… such as one door at a time, and wiping off most of it before getting in. ;)

Summon distance is Howe far the vehicle will travel during summon. Used mainly for pulling out of or into a parking space or tight area like a single door garage.

I have X YP and YLR. All are pretty quiet as they EVs. Like you found the YP is pretty quiet overall (2023 may have better suspension as it Is reasonably smooth while being firm. Y LR 2023 has Pirelli EV tires. This car is noticeably quieter and smoother. Tires prob make the biggest difference through suspension is also softer. (I had Hankook EVO on my now-sold model S and it made a big difference in noise and ride).

6:35 ... note that you can drag that turn signal activated "mirror" display to different parts of the screen. ie. top left so more in your field of view when you are looking out the front window.

5:13 you brushed over that auto raise was GPS based so if you (or place you visit) has a step driveway or some other 'obstacle' that you when you go to those several locations that the car will automatically adjust right before you get there and you don't have to remember.
