They were excited to go to the drive in and we decided to film part of the experience for the channel. My daughter is a huge Marvel fan. She actually surprised me with the questions. Great video... Next time you can just put the car in camp mode under the climate menu and it will automatically keep the lights off and dim the screen.

After a week with my new refreshed 2022 Model X I’m pleasantly pleased. I had a 2015 Model S before and I’m still learning all the new tech. I wish there were more accessories like the 3/Y.
HI Midway. Glad you’re liking your X. There really aren’t many accessories for the X. I had the snap plate, tints, PPF and all weather mats installed. Other than that I think that’s pretty much it.
Great video your car looks great from the interior ....hows the windscreen tint holding out, does it keep the cab cool in direct sunlight ? UK England still waiting my MXP 2023 sometime I hope! Keep up the good work 🙂
HI Mark. The windscreen is holding up pretty good so far. I added some tint because the visors don’t work very well. Good luck on your X and I hope you get it sooner than later!

What's it like driving with the Knight Rider steering wheel? I wondered if it's less safe when you're turning corners. What are your thoughts? Thanks 🙂Adam. UK
HI Adam. It took a few days to get used to it but now it feels normal. Turning tight corners can be tricky but once you have a driven it for a while it like a regular steering wheel. Great question and thanks for watching!

Hi Gords. It’s only happened to me once but I was driving through an intersection that a flashing yellow light. The X began to brake so I tapped the brakes myself to get out of auto pilot. Other than that its been pretty solid.
Hey, Still waiting on my X and loving your channel . I loved watching your dog go around the table, 5 rounds, I think. It made me think about hauling dogs in the model x. (With or without a crate, ease of entry, cleaning, dog mode etc.) if the dog is in the back is there enough air circulation? Thanks
Hi Grace. My dog has high anxiety which is why he goes in circles around the table. He doesn’t do it all the time but since I was in the kitchen he was getting anxious. I haven’t taken the dogs in the X for a ride as of yet. They’re kinda nutty when they get in the other car so id rather keep the X dog free. There are a couple of vents behind the screen in the rear but it doesn’t blow a lot of air.
Hello just sending a quick note that today's software update provided the energy app for the model x. Such a better tool to accurately track range, once you get it would be a good video topic.
I've got one more question for you. I still haven't gotten my car but I'm wondering how well the model x deals with outside heat. I'm concerned that the large windshield will make for a hotter car and I've been looking at tent possibilities and options. Do you feel like it's necessary and I'm just talking about heat not about reducing glare or anything of that nature.
The heat isn't bad its the glare that needs to be addressed. I had a custom shop apply ceramic tint to the windshield and it did help. Something to consider.

please check your wing doors if the rear Coner of the right door touches the roof of the car when fully opened. My car touches, tesla told me thats normal and all X models do the same.

Hi Chelsea. The view wasn’t perfect but if the person sitting in the front seats lowers the back are it helps with the viewing area.
