    I have health anxiety and have thought that my heart is failing and had an echo. EVen though I've had my cholesterol levels checked which were low I worry that I have other problems such as perphieral artery disease. Its a never ending battle.

    I just started the wheat belly diet. I notice the first day that I did not eat grains or wheat that I did not start falling asleep after one hour and when it was time for the next meal I did not feel extreme hunger and feel like eating whatever was in front of me. I would want to eat potatoe chips and other junk food just to kill my appetite.

    I am unable to purchase books, my research is internet. In my study, I have bn from one video to another and info. links together. I listened to Dr.Morse Health Club, Peter D., Dr. Theresa Ramsey, NMD ( she tests for allergies to foods), Sebi, The Fullerton Informer had a video about before they stated spraying plants for bacteria there was less cancer. Apparrently, the plants made a chemical that naturally killed bacteria. Over time with spraying plants stopped producing and people were no long eating the chemical. It is interesting the topics. Dr. Eric Berg , Dr. David Glidden, Hulda Clark, and others; these do not agree, but I find truth here and there. Like the Blood type diet and foot shape matched much of my personality. Parasites cause much havoc in the body and mind. That is a terrorizing thought, but people talk about their experiences. The zapper is cool. David Wolf has a very powerful one. There are less powerful ones. One must research and with any detox there can be the ugh what is happening. But over time depending on the situation a person can get through it. I am trying to find the bits that work for me. I listen to Tanny Raw, Hilde Larsen and certain frequencies. Exercises make a punch of a difference. Maybe to go back to that 1st video and add you short view now. Thanks.

    My body recently starting reacting really badly to gluten. I was bummed about giving up wheat, so I picked up the book to help convince me. I'm reading the book now and only got a couple of chapters in before it made me a believer. I have cut out wheat and am feeling SO much better! Inflammation is way down, my joint pain is gone. It's only been about 2 weeks, and alerady I'm noticing great results.

    My first question.. as I am considering changing my diet for the better.. I have 2 main outcomes I'm looking for. #1 weight loss and better health and energy #2 I'm wanting to decalcify my pineal gland so that I can finally use my third eye. My question, how can I afford this? Is it possible to cut out wheat and all foods containing Lectin and replace them with foods containing Polyphenols for energy and weight loss without going broke? And I have to cut out sugar, caffeine, alcohol and tobacco! I already don't use tap water and try to limit my exposure to city water and just doing that costs a little bit more than normal.

      suiterbug Go strict Keto. First 2 weeks are hell but 2 months in, majority of autoimmune issues are gone or better, more energy, focus, weight loss, increased muscle tone etc. It is very inexpensive. Lots of greens, turkey, chicken, pork. Low carb, moderate protein, high fats (good fats). Cut out dairy, processed foods/packaged foods, refined sugars. Drink 4+ Litres of water per day. Simple, shop the perimeter of grocery stores. Do not go down the aisles where all the crap is. Before starting Keto - Read! Read! Read! Reddit is a great source as is Google for recipes, guidelines etc. I spend $40 - $50 less per week on food since going Keto and feel 120% better. Good Luck!

I've lost 7 pounds too.. also I've begun meditating which I find extremely helpful to reset and focus my energies.     Awesome channel :) hope you attain your goals!! You can do it. Soemthing that gave me really good results was literally cutting back salt from everything. I would not put salt on anything.and stock up on egg whites anf chicken breast, and eat as much of that as u want! I hope u like chicken tho and eggs

    Thank you for sharing. Whenever i am eating bread i notice that i am constantly hungry and have mad CRAViNGS for SUGAR and overeat up to 3,000 calories in a day! When i avoid WHEAT, i have NO cravings and my food intake reduces naturally to 1,700 and I have no cravings and no crazy hunger.

    Britt, I have experienced the same results as you have. I work out at a gym. After workout I would stop by a bagel shop and have a bbagel and coffee. About a month after dropping wheat from my diet several people at the gym asked me how I lost the weight? I didn't lose weight. The inflammation my immune system caused ceased to be. Also I noticed that I no longer binge eat or crave food after or between meals. Doing research I found that wheat provides a sugar rush type of high followed by a crash that caused the body to crave food (sugar.)

    As long as you realize your mistakes and better yourself you should be great! Some people beat themselves up so much that they just give up. I am glad to see that you are going to move forward. I understand the struggle of finding balance when you come home. We took custody of my bf's daughter and she has emotional issues and crippling fears making her up my butt every waking moment when I get home. So my time is so consumed with her that I forget to do things for me.
