  • Hey Guys! Today I want to encourage you to take a look at what you are doing and the diet you are on and decide if it is working for you are not. The only way to find what lifestyle works best for you is to try different things! There are so many diets and programs out there, and if what you are doing isnt working, try something else!

    the options are endless!

    I am so glad you have found my channel and hope that you stick around to follow my journey to becoming a healthier more fit person!     I agree with everything! So true that we have to figure out the foods we love and a lifestyle that we can stick with.

    I agree with you saying we need to be more open minded and "listen" to what our body respond good at, not giving up when our first choise maybe not work outs for us. I really needed to hear you say this today, it helped me think positive about my path of healthy eating/life :-)

    Great video. Breaking free of one's comfort zone is something which has definitely held me back. I also agree about counting calories (although I still do it lol). I'm totally obsessed with measuring everything, but I think It helps keep me on track because if I don't I know I will gain the weight back. But we all have to find something that works for each one of us.
