Weigh in 12-11-15 {ONEderland...but do I deserve it?}

  • It is time for another weight loss update! My weigh in this morning was great! I was 198.2! Thats a 2.4 lb weght loss and I have reached ONEderland! But honestly, I'm feeling guilty because I could have worked so much harder and done so much better this week!
    WHEAT BELLY IS JUST WORKING FOR ME. Thats it. It JUST works.

    I hate when you feel like you didn't earn a great loss like you had. Don't beat yourself up. Just hit that reset button in my your mind. Wheat Belly has been a blessing for you. Keep with it you're doing amazing since starting WB! ~Lori

    Congrats on the loss! You absolutely deserve it, this week might have been bad, but it doesn't take away from all the work you've done so far. Glad you found something that is working for you!

    I am so happy to see someone doing a vlog on this lifestyle! I find it hard to explain to people just how big a change in your life this can make. When I tell people about it, the first thing they say is "I can't do that" or "it's too late for me".
    I have been on the Wheat Belly Diet since February and I have to say that it has absolutely changed my life. I started this lifestyle not to loose weight but to try and take control of my diabetes.
    I have lost weight, though I'm not really sure how much exactly. When I started I was near 300 lbs and very close to being insulin dependent. Today I'm slowly being weened off of my blood pressure meds. I am about 240 lbs, I went from a size 44 to a 38 waist, and am off of all diabetic medications and am almost cured of diabetes. Not only that but my arthritis has gone away, I snore less and have not had any acid re-flux or heartburn for that matter since the second week of this lifestyle change. There really are too many things to mention, but the main point is I FEEL GREAT!
    I hope you stick with this, and I hope it keeps making positive changes in your life as it has mine.

      Wow! It sounds like you have made some seriously amazing changes! And I totally know what you mean about people not understanding or believing that your diet could change so much about your life!     I love 30 day shred! Ripped in 30 is similar to the 30 day shred.
    And you deserve it! Your week might not have been the best but you still lost and you'll do better next week with working out. Congrats on your loss!!!! 😀

    congrats on getting under 200! that's awesome!!! you couldn't have been too awful if you lost two pounds. that's a great loss. :-)

      Thank you pretty lady! Maybe I was a tad hard on myself but I didn't want to come on here and be all "oh I did great, had such a good week." When I didn't. Ya know? 😂
