weigh in 1-15-16 {MINI GOAL REACHED + hard week ahead}

Hey guys! It's friday so you know what that means, Another weigh in video! I finally reached the mini goal of 195, which I was hoping to be at by jan 1st, but thats all right. Now I can set a new goal, and that is to be out of the "Obese" category.

I am so glad you have found my channel and hope that you stick around to follow my journey to becoming a healthier more fit person! I will always share my failures as well as my success, and I think it is important that people can see how truley difficult a weight loss journey can be! congratulations on reaching your goal.
I'm so sorry to hear about your step father passing. my step dad (who raised me from the age of 3) passed very suddenly almost 15 years ago, so I understand. don't let anyone make you feel like because he wasn't your blood that his passing is less painful for you. hugs!
