2017 GOALS AND WEIGH IN

  • Hello loves! The new year is upon us, so you know what that means! It is time to set our goals and make our plans to have 2017 be our best year yet! I have so many weight loss goals for this year, and I am more determined than ever to stick to them and not give up on myself!!
    This weight loss journey is just the beggining of my plans for 2017 and I cant wait to kill it!!

    I am so glad you have found my channel and hope that you stick around to follow my journey to becoming a healthier more fit person! I will always share my failures as well as my success, and I think it is important that people can see how truley difficult a weight loss journey can be!     You got this! I have to confess, I sometimes do squats at work in the bathroom. I take off my high heels and do 10-20 squats (praying no one else catches me, because that would be embarrassing) before heading back to my desk. Or I'll quietly jog in place for a minute. The 8 hour shift in a desk chair makes me feel tired at the end of the day, but tiny bathroom break stretches and movement really helps keep me going.

    I'm so glad your back! I self sabotaged all last year. We're almost the same weight right now. I plan to hit my goal weight by the 1st of Jan 2018. I know if I stick to it I WILL make it!! I struggle with following through too. Great plans! Im the same. I hate cooking too!

    Awesome channel :) hope you attain your goals!! You can do it. Soemthing that gave me really good results was literally cutting back salt from everything. I would not put salt on anything.and stock up on egg whites anf chicken breast, and eat as much of that as u want! I hope u like chicken tho and eggs

    So glad you're back - we've missed you. You should check out Bikini Body Mommy. She has great workouts. I started 1.0 December 1st and they're quick, effective daily workouts. I can't believe the difference in my body in just one month. She is doing a live 6.0 workout, but I wanted to start at 1.0 and go from there. It's great! She also has meal plans, but I haven't checked them out yet. She provides recipes, shopping lists, etc. There is a fee to that...I think $10/mth. But you can get the workouts for free on UA-cam. ~Lori
