Fitness Friday! Weigh in 3-18-16

  • Hey loves!
    Todays video is a weigh in video, and it wasn's my best week! I have gotten back on the Wheat Belly Way of eating....sort of. The wheat and grains have been cut out, but the sugar continues to be a problem for me. Progress is better than nothing though so I can't be too disapointed with myself. I also got back into doing yoga which I am so excited and happy about. Its such an amazing way to show love to yourself! I recommend checking out Yoga With Adriene Here:

    I am doing WB WOE and am a true sugarholic! I love white chocolate, can't get more artificial and sugary than that! I have found that having a small bit of 85% dark chocolate along with some cashews or almonds, which cover that bitter taste, helps me when I crave sugar. Maybe it can help you also.     I love sugar too!!!! Lol with the wheat belly diet do you find that you don't have cravings with PmS or do you still get them? That's my hardest time! Don't worry about the gain that's nothing you'll lose that again in no time 😀

      Hey girl! I'm actually really lucky, I don't get pms symptoms too much, I am hungrier usually but eating high fat really cuts that down for me
