- Thanks for stopping by and spending some time with me! Today is friday, so you know what that means! Another weight loss weigh in video! It is my 6th week on Wheat belly and its going great. A total of 10 lbs down and countless other benefits!

I have a question. I've read wheat belly and am reading Total Health right now. How many carbs per day does he say to have? In Total Health, he seems to say 15 carbs per meal. Is this what you try to do?
He does say 15 net carbs per meal, so total carbs minus fiber I believe. I honestly haven't been tracking carbs like I should, but since it's working Im assuming im in the right range haha
