  • This week has been a tough one but I am ready to find a way to reset my mentality and move forward! Its time to get out of this funk I am in and live the life I know I want to! Weightless journey's are hard and there are ups and downs but that life, right?! Keep moving forward my loves. YOU DESERVE TO FIGHT FOR YOURSELF

    I am so glad you have found my channel and hope that you stick around to follow my journey to becoming a healthier more fit person! I will always share my failures as well as my success, and I think it is important that people can see how truley difficult a weight loss journey can be!     As long as you realize your mistakes and better yourself you should be great! Some people beat themselves up so much that they just give up. I am glad to see that you are going to move forward. I understand the struggle of finding balance when you come home. We took custody of my bf's daughter and she has emotional issues and crippling fears making her up my butt every waking moment when I get home. So my time is so consumed with her that I forget to do things for me.

    Sending you positive vibes! I flubbed my meal plan a few days ago and sometimes I get in a funk and just want to give up for a few days but I always make it through the hump and can reset, although its like how many times do I have to reset. Lol. I am unable to conceive right now so don't know the mom issues yet but I do know the stress it can bring so hope things look up soon.

    I feel you girl! I've been depressed for over a year. Sometimes it's not bad other times when things don't go right in my personal life it drops like crazy! You can do it! Missing a day is fine! I feel you, working out while sick sucks! I just try to do a workout that doesn't really push me too much but gets my heart rate up. Yoga is the bomb with relaxation!

    Working and being a Mom and trying to lose weight is no joke. Definitely has to do with you being sick. Don't be so hard on yourself though. You had a loss and are fighting! Are you finding an issue with time management? Are you on social media too much? Maybe just take 15 minutes at night to do a blitz clean up. Then once you feel better it will get easier. Also are you meal prepping and/or planning your meals? Meal planning helps me tremendously. I don't meal prep since I cannot eat the same thing over and over but I know what I am eating in advance or have options to choose from. Hope you have a better week! - Kim

      +Fit and Fabuless Mamas thanks kim! Meal planning is something I really need to work on and I know it would help so much! And the cleaning is a constant struggle haha everyone in this house needs to change their habits!

      It really works. Set a timer for 15 minutes and have everyone pitch in. Sounds cheesy but have a family meeting and let them know you need help and how they can help you. Things will get easier! - Kim

    It's really not that hard. You don't need to work out. At your weight, all you need to do is eat less. That's literally all.
