Awesome video man! Currently have a broken valve spring on my 2013 Tiguan. Going to be tackling the removal and install of a new spring this week. In order for the valve to not drop inside the cylinder, you have to have the piston at top dead center and run a leak down test to prevent the valve from dropping?

Just put some big-ass channel locks on the old bolt thread and "unbolt" the extractor. Have a buddy help you. Takes 10 seconds.

Mate I'm so glad I just found your channel. Mk6 gti owner 216000klm drinks oil hard, I have splatters of oil on my tailgate when I wash it. Under full acceleration it blows a little but its downpipe mid and rear muffler delete so theres nothing to catch anything. Mechanic says it at the high end of consumption. I'm not happy with that response. Now your onto it I need to do some investigation myself. Thanks legend 👍

I bought that bluish ones from alliexpress ... 10 $ both, but now i m looking for the pure white ones ... seems to be the right ones.
