I'm boosting a stock long block and gonna stick under 400hp until I finish slowly building a wild long block for more boost. With how cheap you can get a motor it's a good plan in my oppinion
Sick! Great minds think alike 😉 Another huge reason I wanted to get a running engine back in thr car asap is that I want to make some changes like an air-air IC and a new intake. I'd like to do that stuff while still being able to drive the car on a a day to day basis. Looking forward to seeing your wild build, is it going in the CC in your pic?

you might wanna call Arnold Lee at Pag-Parts and see if he can help you out with some of these parts. He's working on a 2.5T engine from a TT-RS. I would think there are similarities to this specific 2.5 engine. You might wanna give him a shout.
He's actually the guy who's gonna build this bottom end 😁 and eventually when I get more money saved up I'll get a custom manifold and dp made by him as well

did you try getting those bolts from underneath?
Yeah exactly I end up getting them with a tiny box wrench from underneath 👌🏻
