    Ahh gets kasi ako nung nakaraan mabilis pace ko in consciousness pero ung katawan ko umaayaw, kaya pala maff method pra ung katawan mo iaaddopt ung ganyang lifestyle pra even subconscious mind maaddopt yung running

      Yes you can put it that way. The idea is, your body will adapt to easy pace in such a way that your easy pace gets faster and faster.

      I think wag ka dapat mag-exercise pag bloated ka pa. Wait na mawala muna ang feeling bloated before you do any exercise. If you feel bloated everytime, iba na yan, seek professional advice and consult your doctor.

    Newbie palang ako sir nun mga time na tumatakbo ako everyday halos nakakaya ko 5km pero nun tumigil nako bilis kona hingalin pag slow running ginagawa ko, hindi ako nag walking gusto ko takbo agad

      Yes po, kung comfortable po kayo ok po yan. Low impact po ang cycling kaya pwedeng gawin araw-araw. Ride safe po palagi!

      @@miserable-sh7wf May sumasakit po ba sayo na pina-check mo sa doctor? Or may medical condition? Always listen to doctors po kasi malamang may dahilan sila kung bakit nasabi nila yan sayo. For super fit cyclist po naman, ibang usapan naman yun. Kaya nila araw-araw at malalayo ang pinapadyak na walang nagiging problema o injury. Listen to your body po kasi iba iba ang level natin.

    Sir ask kolng bkt sumakit yung soleus muscle ko after run continuously nag run kasi ako 5km 3x a week or 4x a week with zone 2run kaso masakit paden soleus ko diparin nakaka recover muscles siya sa gilid nung calf

      Depende yan sa sweat rate mo. Pero general rule, wag mo ng hintayin na mauhaw ka inom ka na agad. Pero wag sobra, delikado din pag sobra sa tubig. Aralin mo sarili mo kung anong timing ang swak sayo. During race every aid station I try to sip water and electrolytes. Pero pag practice, I can go more than 10km without drinking anything.

      True naman, running faster will burn more calories faster. Kaso yun nga, maraming hindi kaya tumakbo ng mabilis agad. Also, running slow gives your body the opportunity to burn fat as fuel. Kapag mabilis na takbo, ang ginagamit na energy source ng katawan natin ay sugar (glycogen). Kapag slow running mas kaya mong tumagal, pag matagal mauubos na ang sugar reserve mo, your body will go to fat burning mode na.

      Very common ito sa mga runners lalo na sa beginners. Ang tawag nung iba, inaatay daw. Ang totoo cramps yan sa bandang tyan sa tagiliran. Kapag tumatakbo napupwersa din kasi ang tyan natin sa paghinga natin. Also pag may laman ang tyan, madali ma-irritate ang tyan habang tumatakbo. Slow running lang muna, mag core-exercise ka din para lumakas ang core muscles mo. Pag tumagal, di mo na mararanasan ang sakit sa tagiliran kapag naka adapt na ang katawan mo sa running.

    sir. ako ay dating athlete nung college (football) tapos ngayon e Engineer nadin at halos wala ng time para maglaro. kaya mag iinvest na sa lifestyle ng pag running/jogging. Any tips po para sa aking magsisimula pa lang sa running/jogging? gusto ko din po kasing ma maintain ang aking fitness haha tumataba na kasi e. salamat po in advance sa pagsagot!

    Dapat smooth Lang ang pagtakbo at proper kailan Lang AKO tumakbo change smoker pa AKO in 23 years lumakas AKO sa jogging ganado palagi katawan ko at nag enjoy ako matagal mapagod kapag ganado ako 15 to 20km tinatakbo ko nag 2hours straight ako dipa ako nainjury kahit isang beses .

    ako po sir 1stime kolang tumakbo pero pansin ko pag natakbo nako kahit mabagal ang bilis sumakit ng paa ko kaya kopo resistensya pero yung paa ko ang sakit agad kaya lakad ulit

      Same tayo, nung nag-uumpisa ako masakit agad ang paa ko. Palagi akong injured. High impact kasi ang running at hindi pa sanay ang mga muscles and bones mo kasi sabi mo nga 1st time mo pa lang. Konti lang muna, lakad muna, then unti-unti makakakita ka ng improvement. Tyaga lang...

      Iba iba po ang pace ng Zone 2 depende sa fitness level ng tao. Zone 2 po is heart rate zone. May video po ako about heart rate zones and heart rate training.

      Hinanap ko sa Strava ang exact run namin na nasa video, ang ave pace ko jan ay 7:59min/km total distance is 17.23km with ave HR of 141bpm. That was over 2 years ago. Pero ngayon ang zone 2 ko medyo mas mabilis na. Around 6:30 to 7min/km na. For me malaki na improvement ng zone 2 ko

      Kaya daw hanggang 1TB pero I suggest hanggang 256Gb lang gamitin mo. Ako 64Gb lang gamit ko pero tatlo, para pag na-corrupt ang isa at least meron pang tira. Also V30 dapat ang class speed ng memory card mo. Hope nakatulong...

      For race day po I use Adidas Prime X Strung... For training, favorite ko ang Hoka Mach 4. There are other great options out there pero yan po gamit ko for over 1 year na. Hope this helps... Salamat

      Yes po ok lang po. Try to check lang kung how it affect your sleep. May ibang tao na nahihirapan matulog kapag gabi nag-exercise. Also be extra safe po. Make sure na safe ang area at visible ka sa mga motorists if you run on open road.

    Salamat ng Marami Kuya Jenrey.. Bumalik yung desire ko sa Pagtakbo. Nagstart ako nung lockdown para matulungan ko sarili maging Mentally Healthy. Nag start ako sa 15km nung lockdown. Pero nung nagasawa na ako and nagkaroon ng baby medyo busy na.. pero nung napanuod ko to ngayon lang. Nag set agad ako ng Goal this week!!! Lezzzz go!! Salamat takaga kuya!! Goal din ay magabawas ng timbang!! Lezgow!!🔥🔥🔥

      Lezzz go!!! Good to hear na naka-inspire pala ako today. Start small muna then gradually increase your distance and frequency. Stay safe palagi!
