    Hello sir, thank you for the tips. I've started walking and briskwalking nung May and I've been building my endurance since then.
    Okay lang ba mag brisk walk and walk kahit 2 days straight na akong nag tra-train? Yun kasi gina gawa ko for recovery e.

    Hi sir..new sub po.😊 Nagjoin ako sa 5km uphill.. napabigla ata ako ng desisyon😅.. i ran 6km 1hour sa patag and tired. Di regular ang running ko bec of busy sched.Kakayanin ko po kaya yun 5km uphill cut off time is 1hour? 4 weeks nalang po yun event.

      Hi po, not sure kung gaano ka tarik yung uphill na sinasabi mo. But definitely mas challenging po pag uphill. I cannot say po kung kaya mo or hindi but I can encourage you po na tuloy lang. Do your best po and ok lang mag fail. Sa natitirang 4 weeks po try to run longer and more consistent kung kakayanin sa schedule. But always remember that recovery is equally important to avoid over training and injury. Good luck po! Thank you sa comment...

    Hello po question lang po. Ok lang po ba tumakbo ng 9pm onwards? Yun lang po kasi ang oras na meron ako to exercise.

      Yes po ok lang po. Try to check lang kung how it affect your sleep. May ibang tao na nahihirapan matulog kapag gabi nag-exercise. Also be extra safe po. Make sure na safe ang area at visible ka sa mga motorists if you run on open road.
