    Exercise benefits memory and cognition directly by reducing insulin resistance, combating inflammation, and promoting the release of growth factors that support brain cell health, the creation of new blood vessels in the brain, and the generation of new brain cells.
    Additionally, exercise indirectly enhances mood, sleep quality, and stress reduction, which play roles in cognitive well-being.

    Sir okay lang po ba yung nagkakape ? hehe hindi po ba makaka apekto sa low heart rate po iyon?
    kung baga isang kape sa isang araw ganon ba.

      Salamat sa question mo, pero I am not sure how to answer that kasi hindi talaga ako nagkakape. Pero marami akong kilala na triathlete na malakas magkape. So tingin ko yes may epekto ang caffeines sa heart rate pero sa training pa din magdedepende ang endurance at heart rate mo while running. So I guess ok lang yun, lalo ka na di naman sobra pag inom mo ng kape. Ok lang yan....
