1 year n po nagrun but lately nasakit po ankle ko. Ngaun ko lang po naramdaman to. May naging mali po kaya sa routine ko.. 😢
Hi po, thanks sa comment! It is hard to answer that po, honestly nangyari na din sakin yan, yung matagal na akong tumatakbo then eventually biglang may sumasakit sa paa ko na dati naman di ko na-eexperience. Hard to tell po kung sudden increase of volume ba, pwede din na slightly nagbago ang foot landing or form mo. Maybe kulang sa stretching and warm up. Maybe nagpalit ka ng running shoes pero hindi agad sumakit, nung nagtagal saka sya sumakit. Or maybe you just need to endure the pain then rest and recover. Eventually, mawawala din yan. Ganon nangyari sakin. Basta not too much pain, listen to your body po.
