    Hi Sir, I watch all your running video and nainspire ako mag train using the low heart rate method. Ask ko lang if running a zone 2 normal ba na bumaba ang VO2 max ? Gamit ko po na watch garmin fr55 thanks in advance.

      First, thank you so much po for watching my videos. To answer your question po, kapag purely low heart rate po ang takbo mo hindi po properly masusukat ng Garmin watch ang VO2max. VO2max po is measured when we push ourselves. I suggest po to do high intensity running kahit once a week, ganon po kasi ang ginagawa ko at nakikita ko tumataas ang VO2max ko. I do most of my runs in low heart rate pero once or twice a week po ay may speed workout ako.

      @@JanreyCantos Salamat po sa pag sagot ganun na din po gagawin ko sa mga susunod na araw hahaluan ko na speed run per week nag pure zone 2 lang kasi po ako 🙂
