Thanks for posting this! I am going to see one tomorrow and will take my meter along. Someone I know started driving with wooden shoes, and this helped him a lot. In most vans, the battery is under the seat, which is probably even worse. I once tested a Mercedes Vito and felt the electric current flowing through my spine as soon as I turned the key (I hadn't even started the van yet).

Shielding outfit is effective only if it is waveproof, including the face. In a whole shielding head hat, you can be really safe (under 3µW in peaks) anywhere. I find these "open face" hoodies very expensive for poor shielding as a result.

Hello, thank you for all your content ! For this video, maybe with this meter and also the Safe and Sound Pro II (the green one, measuring from 1 to 8 GHz), you would have had high readings too. Not all 5G is over 20 GHz for now. It need both meters to make an idea of an area now.

The field strength depends primarily on the amount of current flowing in the lines not the voltage they operate at.

Check he magnetic field strength by the service entrance to your house. Then test by your clock radio. That radio usually has the strongest field you'll be exposed to and you spend the night with your head next to it. Ive done hundreds of EMF surveys for utility customers.

Hi Cathy I've watched nearly all your videos by now and you explain things very nicely, your tips are very goo. Thank you for all your hard work. Now let me give you a tip or two. You mentioned some problems with your blood sugar and sleeping issues. I'm severely EHS and fully shielded my home two years ago obtaining levels of under 1 µW/m² in a busy urban area. But 8 months ago I made myself a fully shielded suit which keeps me from havins any EHS symptoms whatsoever when going out. You said you have some issues with RF now and then so my tip is for you to wear shielding clothes even if only under your "normal" clothes. You don't realize how much radiation you absorb when outdoors and that affects your blood sugar. I can testufy that all my health problems are gone, also my sugar cravings and I lost 20 Kg in the last year or so. I sleep like a baby for 10 hours straight, i don't even need to go to the bathroom as often as I used to. No more headaches, brainfog, bad mood, depression etc. My stomach acidity and GERD are also gone, I feel energised and great. So please try to protect yourself more than you do, even if you don't cover your whole body, just know that every square inch counts. Keep up the good work

I think those people need to reevaluate those levels. I found one very similar they put up right in front of my kid's school and at the beginning the levels were around 8,000 µW/m² but after a few months they increased that to 80,000 and now, after more than 1 year i measure over 900,000 µW/m². They increase the levels slowly over a period of time so people in the area won't relate their health issues with the time the antenna was installed

Hello Cathy, thank you for this instructive video. It draws my attention because I had to disable the BT connection of my Xiaomi scooter. It was quite difficult because the chip is solderen right on the MB so the only option I had was to scratch off a portion of the antenne printed on the same board. This brought down the levels from 17,000 µW/m² to 20-30. I never acually measured one of these rental scooters though, they have higher emissions because they have to be located by GPS by the owner company and taken to a charging station and also in case of theft

Next time try maybe moving around so we might figure out where a severely EHS person like me would be best seated in order to minimize the MF. I'm not too worried about the RF as I wear a full body shielding suit but we can't shield the MF so that would be my main concern

I slept on one of those things for years. And the MF is horrible but the EF was present all year round because I never bothered to unplug it so even with the switch off the EF was there all the time. The switch only cuts off one wire so as you could notice depending on the position of the plug in the outlet, in your case the switch cut off the neutral but the live was still on. That's why you got the high EF reading with the switch in the off position. In that case you turn the plug the other way round in the outlet so the switch cuts off the live wire, not the neutral

I know mine generates tons of DE, the Stetzerizer goes to "1" and the filter only manages to bring it down to about 600. But I can't live without AC in the heat of the Spanish summer. Not good enough for EHS people. Tha neck, tyroid and eyes are exposed, we need something more hermetic. The attenuation isn't the best either. I use Steel-Gray fabric from Yshield for my clothing, it goes down to less than 1 µW/m² on the SSP2

Thank you for all the good work Cathy. As a severely EHS person I can assure you that those things do not help much. The design is faulty. We need long sleeves with elastic band on the wrists and bottom. Also long trousers with tight closing on the ankles. An hermetic head protection is best and gloves and shielded footwear also necessary. I can testify that I can spend hours in very dense urban areas, surrounded by wifi and mobile phones and do not get any EHS symptoms. These kind of clothing only work for non EHS people. Those who have a real problem please contact me

Since Keene I have not seen any!! I spent 6k hours under them in Keene and actually I feel better besides all the poverty Bs and patterns of abuse. Hi, do you know what kind of Rf meter we can use to measure the power density of Starlink signals? The Safe and Sound Pro2 only detects up to 5 GHz and their mmWave frequency range only starts at 20 GHz. So there's a big gap between those two meters and Starlink's frequency fits right in between at around 10,95-12,7 and 14-14,5 GHz. Every EHS person is concerned there's nowhere to hide from Starlink's EM radiation, but how strong is their signal? Should we really be worried? I'd love to actually be able to measure that power density and my meters are blind to those frequencies

excellent summary. I just bought one for home use. I can also use in the car for calls by routing the antenna out my sunroof and wrap the antenna around the luggage rack. I also use Airtube headsets to further reduce EMF into the ears.

I have been able to live without a car for the past 4 years, but am moving and will need to own one again. Are there any specific brands, models and years of vehicles that are usually pretty good for very sensitive people? Maybe older Toyotas? Any recommendations for a starting place? I get 200-300 milligauss EMF in the floorboard of my car that renders me unable to drive much, even with a protective boot wrapped in layers of Aluminum foil. I have measured other cars in a similar range, and it's intolerable for me as a sensitive soul. Everyone with EHS should check SPEEP APNEA for a possible cause of nerve erosion as insufficient Oxygen intake/uptake prevents healing and fortification of the nerves we need to withstand the EMF onslaught we all face today! Also consider the effects of positive ions put out by most electronics and you have further reduction in Oxygen uptake that leads to that "drained" feeling or what I call "carlag." Do a sleep test EHS sufferers!

I'm most concerned about Agenda 2030 and the EU, with the globalists legislating that you can no longer buy gas/diesel vehicles from 2030+, but can only buy an EV. I'm thinking EV will be much worse with EMF than gas/diesel. Although as you point out, a lot of the EMF is due to all of these sensors and electronics. It's bad news. I wish I could go back in time and buy some old vehicles that don't have any of the EMF crap. Fred Flintstone's car seems to be the way to go! ;-)

This needs to be viewed and understood by FAR more people.
