Hey there again, I purchased a magnetic/electric meter and I'm getting a constant 15 v/m where I lay may head to sleep. Is this an issue and should I be aiming for 0? How much effect do you think that would be having on my sleep

Yes this is common, but not good. We aim for under .3 v/m. It can definitely affect your sleep. If you want to strategize on how to get that lower you can always book a consult with me ;)

Hey Christian, thanks for watching ;) That yellow meter is a Gigahertz Solutions NFA 1000. It measures magnetic and electric fields and it costs $2000, so not affordable. There are a lot of meters out there and which one is good depends on which fields you want to test. @@christianjouret33 you are correct, building biology guidelines, which you can find online, like electric fields to be under .3 and magnetic under .2 They're all important to test, so I would want to get meters that cover all three fields. That's why I'm hoping the Safe Living M3 meter comes out very soon!
