Hi I was wondering if metal blocks the schumann resonances? Like when sleeping in a van. Was thinking of having (removable) window coverings made from shielding material (fabric curtains and/or block out shades), so it would be kinda like a full faraday cage effect. Good for blocking outside EMF sources but wouldn't want to be shutting out the positive natural frequencies. A video on shielding for vanlife could be interesting :)

Metal can block the shcumann resonance, and this may be why some people don't feel well when in a faraday cage. I use reflectix on windows which works very well to block radio frequencies when I need it.
