I’ve had reading around 2000 ppm co2 in my bedroom with door closed and no open windows 😮felt very out of it, could barely wake up. It’s still 1200 ppm with window open

How did you come up with your recommendation for 600 PPM of CO2 when indoors?

Honestly it's a bit of an arbitrary number. Many air quality organizations recommend over 1000ppm but I find that to be way too high. My clients already have symptoms at that level. I find under 600ppm to be best for most people, and relatively achievable.

    Carbon monoxide you mean?

No, I mean carbon dioxide. Carbon monoxide is an acutely poisonous gas which even at low levels can cause serious health problems and even death. Carbon Dioxide, is a naturally occurring gas in the air, all the time. But, when levels get too high, they can also cause health issues, though not life-threatening. It's important to pay attention to both, but the point of this video is to raise awareness about CO, because as you've demonstrated with your question, most people aren't aware of the potential issues.

Which meter are you using there? I’m in a bad studio apt. Taped in. So very tight. Running moldy pipe out. Can’t wait to get out of here. But I think I might want a meter.
I can’t open on third floor here: cause I get a face FULL of plug-ins!
This place is awful. Getting all those sx, plus lung damage.
This is right near ocean - two 48 inch windows next to each other. I can’t breathe.
