    Salamat coach! Simula day one nag subscribe ako sayo dami pinagbago, im on my 4th week now and 80kls nako ngayon from 90kls.
    ✅No rice!!
    ✅No sugar!!
    ✅No sweets!!
    ✅No oily foods!!
    ✅No processed foods!!
    ✅Exercise 30-45 mins 6x a week!!
    *Breakfast - corn coffee and boiled egg
    *Lunch - fruits and green veggies or oats/sweet potato/saging saba
    *Dinner - meat or fish and sweet potato or saging saba
    Low budget lng ako sa foods pro goods pa din.
    SEX is GOOD!
    S - Sleep 7-8hrs a day
    E - Eat healthy foods
    X - eXercise
    and of course the good 3 letter word 😅😁

      @@NotoriousCGM wla akong pili sir, lahat klase ng fish kinakain ko naman pero more on bangus ako mataas kc protein ng bangus wag mo lng kainin maxado yung taba mataas sa fats yun. Organic corn coffee sir, marami sa supermarket and grocery yan.

      So far sa pag da diet ko for how many months, and now wla na akong control sa kain lahat na kinakain ko kahit junk foods pero in MODERATION tas papawis lng talaga yung bawi2x lng wag puro kain lng ng kain tas wlang exercise talagang tataba ka nyan. Goal ko lng nmn is nasa weight limit lng ako, d ko na hinahangad ang 6pack abs at muscle2x na katawan. Living healthy is key! 😉
      Btw, im 5'9" currently nasa 74kg to 76kg ang timbang ko ngayon for how many months na simula na abot ko catch weight ko. Bawi2 lng talaga style, kaya monitor mo palagi timbang mo hehe.

    I lost 11k just by simply lessening my food intake (88kg-77kg) not much change in looks but i definitely can say that it works. Planning to lose weight till 70kg and start building muscle.

    Napanood ko tong video na to nito lang March 2021. Sinusunod ko lang lahat ng sinasabi mo even sa iba mong videos pero hindi 100%. Sumasablay din ako pero pinipilit ko bumalik sa track. From 112 kg down to 83 kg. Walang work out diet lang talaga 😁. Thanks Coach!

    Legit lods, kakasimula ko lang mag calorie deficit less 2000 cal per day with exercise sa gym, after a week diko expect from 99kg, 97 kg na ako ngayon, sana tuloy tuloy nato kasi hirap talaga maghanap ng mga shirts na malalaki at plus highblood pako😅at least ma improve then bp ko while doing exercise.

Ganun pala yun, now i know, mali pala yung ginawa ko nung tumaas ang bp ko and triglycerides (pero di ako mataba sakto lang body ko) kaya nag add movement ako then less food kaya namayat ako ng sobra sabi nila nagmuka daw akong adik hahaha okay, now babbalik ko na sa normal yung kain ko +movement..

    (7:39) Sir other than calculating how less you should be eating to be in a deficit *less food, how do you also calculate how much energy you should be burning? *more movement (kasi mas prefer ko po kasi yong more movement kesa sa less calorie intake xd ) Di ko po kasi magamit yong online calculator since im just 13 yrs old and kailangan daw po maging 15 para macalculate :(

    sir ako po di nman mxadomg mataba di naman din payat nkikita ko sa salamin sakto lang nman katawan ko. pero timbang ko 77kg. 5'5" ang height. pero alam ko mabigat talaga ko kahit nung payat pako, yung klasmate ko na mejo matangkad sakin at malaman sakin pero kasing bigat ko lang, sabi nila sa buto ko daw kaya mabigat aq. may ganun po ba sir.?

    shocks! gusto ko na talaga pumayat. 80kg ako mahigit, 16 pa lamang ako. ang daming pumupuna na nanaba raw ako, hindi rin daw healthy if sumobra pa. magpapapayat ako para sa kalusugan ko. nabibigatan na rin ako sa sarili ko, dami na rin spider veins. huhu

    Napaka laking tulong talaga nitong taong to sakin pag dating sa fitness. Simula nung lockdown. Napaka laki ng pinag bago ng katawan ko at kaalaman ko dahil sa vids mo.
