May scoliosis ako and ndi pantay ung form ko. Sad na nakakatakot majudge ng iba na mali ginagawa ko sa gym. Ndi nila.alam painful ung pinipilit na ipantay na form. I guess ang mahalaga is pain free ung lift and napipiga muscles

I want to share an additional important tip:
"Strong Mindset" -You should not lift the weights like nothing, you should feel and imagine the target muscles that you're training. Perfecting your form is a skill, not just a simple exercise.

Sir im 5’11 18years old and 67.7kg weights and im considering myself a skinny fat nag dadiet nako since March and i already lost 10kg right now im trying no Carbs or less Carbs should i eat Rice before workout lang? then no rice sa restday? Almost nakikita ko na yung upper abs sa mirror looks like im doing a recomp. So should i eat less carbs to lose Lower belly and chest fat?
