Usually listen the next morning while doing my deliveries I just love the podcasts so much insights to everything carnivore and health great stuff guys
I recently purchased 3 different anatomy and physiology books just so I can get to the crux of what our bodies are composed of and all 3 have disappointed me very much. One even talks about how carbs and veggies are must essentials when eating. It is no wonder the medical profession lies to us. They were lied to in school. Sad. Many thanks for the content. 🤗
That's interesting about Rich getting sick but not noticing it. Even before carnivore I would get noticably ill maybe once each year or two. But I did have days where I would be tired or feel rundown for no reason which I always thought was probably me fighting off something. Incidentally, I haven't been noticably sick since first starting keto over two years ago now, got covid. Think this is my longest stint ever of not getting sick. I also have only taken antibiotics once in my adult life and it was to appease an old girlfriend at the time, so maybe that helped.
Richard, you aew looking more like a triathlete all the time, as in that weight loss on your face, can't really gauge your body. Know you know your onions and aew completley aware of the stress you are now putting your body under. I wonder what your goal is, and whether you have a time scale on training? Or has the buzz of getting more competitive, firmly gripped you? I trained and competed for about 4 years, then slowly started winding down and ended up having a stent. That Surrey me to ditch fruit, rice, oats etc and drop carbs for meat/ eggs/ fat. Possibly hereditary what I had, really clean arteries and good heart, but with 1 90% blockage. My fitness these days is weights and limited sprints and Yoga when I can. Keep up the good work my man!
Runny nose & histamine issues are due to oxylates coming out as they do get deposited in different glands. One of them the salivary gland. It will pass.
I’m using keto pro electrolytes one scoop. Have bad heart palpitations and light headiness., do I need to have more than one scoop or his they something else I’m doing wrong in keto
