I'm not a doctor by any means, but I've heard that any sweetener spikes your insulin no matter if it's touted as "zero carbs/sugar" because it's a sweet taste and your brain responds to that.
Prick your finger and check your glucose after drinking it. If you don't get a rise, then you're good. Dr. C would recommend drinking one without any artificial or natural sweeteners.

I've been on the Carnivore diet for 5 weeks now, and I'm facing a serious issue-I'm losing too much weight. I've never had weight problems before; in fact, I've always been a skinny guy. However, since I fully committed to the Carnivore diet, I've been losing about 1 kg per week. I've gone from 85 kg down to 79 kg, and the weight loss continues, despite being 1.85 m tall. My diet mainly consists of meat, eggs, bacon, cheese, and homemade sausages. I typically eat two meals a day, although there are days when I only eat one meal because I simply don't feel hungry. I'm 47, turning 48 soon. Please Help!
You should attend one of Dr Chaffee's live streams so you can ask a question to him directly in the chat. I think he's going to have one on Thursday night I think 6:00 p.m. Pacific time in the US. I have heard him tell people that are losing weight, to try and eat more frequently and maybe not as much so that you'll be able to eat 3 times a day. Also I know he'll suggest that you make sure you're getting sufficient fat along with the lean meat. But you can address your questions to him directly in his live stream. See you there.
Remember, you are losing excess *_FAT,_* not just "weight". So long as you are eating whenever you are hungry and eating until you're unmistakably stuffed, you won't lose lean muscle mass. Is there a particular reason you are focusing on weight instead of body composition and strength? In other words, does it matter to you how much you weigh so long as you are feeling healthy and strong? If you are losing strength or muscle mass, then there is a problem. In this case, eat more and exercise more (sprints and heavy weights).
I had the same problem. Working out with weights fixed it for me. Got a voracious appetite. I'm gaining about a pound a week while maintaining 5-10% body fat. It used to take me a month or two to gain a pound. My recovery is like half what it was on a regular diet.
I have question. If I started gym just recently and after training my muscles are not that sore but my connective tissues between the bone and muscles are hurting after 2 days... so should I workout again anyway or wait them to heal ?
Take time. One of the mistakes beginners make is not knowing that the very foundation of weight training is cartilage/connective tissue. Everything starts with this. Start with lower weights/higher reps to strengthen cartilage/connective tissue. Over time, add more weight until you are maxing out. With this foundation, it is actually easier to build muscle later 👍
You know what people got it when they got the virus too. So get over yourself. It's not super common. But it could happen. Just eat your meat and shut up about viral things that you don't fully understand.
Because UA-cam will very likely either shadowban this channel or nuke it from orbit for discussing the negative effects of the COVID-related mRNA injections. Technically, God intended humans to eat plants: _"And the Lord God commanded the man, 'You are free to eat from any tree in the garden...'"_ *-- Genesis 2:16* It was man's sinning against God that brought in the necessity of eating meat for health. I believe eating meat to live was instituted to remind man of their sin and of God's requirement of blood for sin and of His willingness to accept a sacrificial substitute.

The yeast wasn’t like the yeast we use now it was a wild, caught yeast that went on for years and years and years in there, though, and when they use the little piece of sourdough to go with the bread, it will take up to four days to make a loaf of bread that’s how you can make bread even today ( special European bakery) . If you had found this in your teenage years you would not have followed it !! It is a fact of life …. “Teenagers know everything” and will not be told what is good for them !!! 😊

Was myocarditis caused by the jab?
It’s beginning to look like it wasn’t as safe and effective as our politicians told us - will they be held accountable?
@@iaindennis3321What do you mean "beginning to look like"? Where have you been hiding these past couple of years?
I would like to hear more on her myocarditis. I know someone suffering from this.
I know lots locally to me (Australia) they were caused by covid vaccine unfortunately. Many of them are having trouble getting follow up scans as the cardiologists are booked out for months. It sucks.
That’s what happened. Few hours after shot. To the emergency room.

Seriously doubt they have.

Hey Anthony, love the athlete episodes! I'm attempting 100 mile run in less than a month.

My electrolyte mix has a monk fruit extract, could this spike insulin and prevent lipolysis as you say carbs/sugar does? I want free access to my fat stores on this one!
Electrolyte mix also contains a little creatine and taurine, do you foresee any problems with this mix?
I'm not a doctor by any means, but I've heard that any sweetener spikes your insulin no matter if it's touted as "zero carbs/sugar" because it's a sweet taste and your brain responds to that.
Prick your finger and check your glucose after drinking it. If you don't get a rise, then you're good. Dr. C would recommend drinking one without any artificial or natural sweeteners.
Will there be subtitles?? 😂
Joking, love you folks
Donald trump should should make him or ken berry health minister in the next government
Excellent idea - we need politicians with the confidence to turn the food pyramid upside down and admit they got it wrong
What a difference that would make to the whole world ❤

Do you know any hair specialist that knows sth about carnivore and hair growth? Is it possible to grow more hair and to reverse greying?
I experience some growth so far, but doing multiple things at once. Topical, oral and food.
Greying is coming slowly, Ive read that copper plays a role. Do you know details or know anybody?
Thx for your podcast 😊
Interesting, I'm also getting some growth. It's slow, but I might have a full head of hair in a few years.
I've been shaving it bald for 15 years, it would be so much fun to see my friends and family reactions if I grow it out one day and show up with a full head of hair 😂
@@tradermunky1998 yes, i would like to reach this goal too. Best would be to create a community which strive together for healthy hair rejunivation and reversing baldness with carnivore and stuff
I can only speak for myself. I've been high-fat carnivore for quite a while. 7 months into it, my thinning hair became a thick mass again. Make of that what you will, but _something_ caused this 👍
As for the grey, nothing changed that and frankly, I don't care one way or the other because I have a wack of hair again! 😄
@@_Solaris i heard this several times. Hair growth is possible, hair color not experienced. I believe that it has a nutrition requirement (like calcium, copper, etc) for this to work. I heard rumors that one old lady which i forgot the name of in the vegan camp got their hair color back with plenty of green juices (containing many minerals). I cannot tell if thats true, but i believe its possible.
Still i would like to know @Anthonys opinion or expertise about it or from someone who made experiments.

EAT MORE CALORIES The good cals from meat, eggs, bacon!
Microwave Eggs long enough to kill salmonella. Then drink a dozen or so a day.
Does this mean carnivore can heal side effects from the poke? I dare one of the carnivore dr to touch on this topic in a video
👀
I have question. If I started gym just recently and after training my muscles are not that sore but my connective tissues between the bone and muscles are hurting after 2 days... so should I workout again anyway or wait them to heal ?
Take time. One of the mistakes beginners make is not knowing that the very foundation of weight training is cartilage/connective tissue. Everything starts with this.
Start with lower weights/higher reps to strengthen cartilage/connective tissue. Over time, add more weight until you are maxing out. With this foundation, it is actually easier to build muscle later 👍
@@_Solaris thank you that was very helpful
Connective tissues take the longest to heal and strengthen. Always do light exercise until healed before more. walking, swimming and cycling.
@@Valoric thank you for the advice
@@CarnivoreAwakening Try doing 15 reps and 3 or 4 sets. And the last rep should be difficult. And whatever weight gets you to that.

She recovered from it, eating the carnivore way.
You know what people got it when they got the virus too. So get over yourself. It's not super common. But it could happen. Just eat your meat and shut up about viral things that you don't fully understand.

What's better, Chaffee being able to get information about the carnivore diet out to the masses or Chaffee losing all his UA-cam content in order to talk about something that isn't even related to the carnivore diet?
While most carnivores do prefer their meat on the rarer side (or even raw), I much prefer mine well-done. Am I out of the club now?
I dont eat steak, it messes with my stomach... So eat only lamb. And I like it well done lol..
I’m with you don’t like it done rare
Your not out of the club you can cook it however you want I just prefer medium rare at the least anything more than that taste like I'm trying to eat leather
When it comes out of the pan super juicy.. "Is that too rare?.." Nope!
But meat is better warm salty and juicy. Too well done is a but tough.
Need lots of athlete issues!

Carnivore is how the Most High, intended for people to eat
What about the fewest high
Amen 🥩🧂🔪
Technically, God intended humans to eat plants:
_"And the Lord God commanded the man, 'You are free to eat from any tree in the garden...'"_ *-- Genesis 2:16*
It was man's sinning against God that brought in the necessity of eating meat for health.
I believe eating meat to live was instituted to remind man of their sin and of God's requirement of
blood for sin and of His willingness to accept a sacrificial substitute.
I eat mostly meat because I’m an animal.
I love you man, the message, and the material. It's because I love you that I ask you to stop using the word 'retarded'. This is the 2nd time I've heard you say it while describing the discovery of heart attacks in the early 1900's. There are so many other words you can use to describe the absurdity of the situation. It's not a great look.

Retarded is an excellent word. I hope he keeps using it
If we still called people with mental disabilities retarded, I could understand. But it's now just a word that means dumb.

What is the organ snack she is talking about?
Man, too bad the Bible forgot to tell us about bread!!!! That was their main staple diet! Wheat, yeast, & no yeast on certain days…. Oh sugary grapes too aka lots of wine… 😮
The yeast wasn’t like the yeast we use now it was a wild, caught yeast that went on for years and years and years in there, though, and when they use the little piece of sourdough to go with the bread, it will take up to four days to make a loaf of bread that’s how you can make bread even today ( special European bakery) . Also, the wheat was extremely different wheat. It had less Less gluten and may have sprouted as it was placed in its bundle on the field.
All of the grain based peoples had poor health and stature. Animal focused."barbarians" were tall, strong and hard to conquer.
Civilization was The proverbial fall from the Garden where we lived as hunter gatherers.
Keep in mind that the Bible is a book of fiction, full of fables.

@@charlenewilliams219 same yeast today as 2000 yrs ago actually (in the wild at least), but wheat was always unhealthy, no matter the era….. they made sourdough out of high gluten crab grass! This is why the Egyptians were so fat, as well as the Bible’s fictional characters….
