@I gRape Babies Guessing by your username and comment you were the sort of kid who didn't get enough attention at home so you acted up at school to impress others and make them laugh but in reality, they only ever laughed at you. Because you thought that worked, you've carried on doing that into your adulthood, your 'friends' have grown up but you haven't so you hide behind this guise, trying to bring other people down to your level?
Honestly mate, you could do with some serious soul searching because what you're doing doesn't help you, me or anybody else. Find a reason to be happy, find what it is that makes you act up and become a person you can be proud of. We don't have much time to find true happiness but I can guarantee you sir, what you're doing isn't the answer. I wish you a fulfilled and happy life.

Then, I went to college and fell for the 'veggies are good'. I dropped meat significantly and ate more veggies at 21 years.

My wife and I had promised each other that we'd always keep ourselves in shape/healthy. Last year, despite exercise and trying different types of diets, I'd gotten to the point where only one pair of ("relaxed fit") jeans still fit. A friend of mine just happened to mention carnivore; when I searched, I discovered Dr. Ken Berry's vids.
Started last July. Not only do all of my clothes fit again, but I ditched the "relaxed fit" jeans and now wear "slim fit" (and they're not tight). 0 meds, 0 health issues, lost weight and am ripped. My family and close friends have obviously noticed and have begun asking questions and making changes themselves. My dad says that I'm in much better shape than men half my age- and those who don't know my age think I'm about 20 years younger than I am.
P.S.- my new lifestyle proves that it *is* possible to evict those stubborn "love handles". 👍👍

After eating only meat for a few months, i lost 60 pounds, my breathing was perfect and i stopped taking any medication without even realizing it. My skin healed and was clear like i was 20 years old again. After some time i chose one day a week to eat whatever i wanted and still had no effects. No doubt it will work for most people. I believe it will reverse disease and cure dementia. Im sorry to say i couldnt get my mother to try it and shes not with us anymore. Thats the hard part of the diet , is to actually do it. I’ve tried a lot of different diets. Started with a bodybuilders diet. Then tried Mediterranean, keto, vegan/whole food plant based, extreme fasts, and frutarian.
The best I felt was eating whole food plant based then transitioned to a week of frutarian for a week. I felt amazing.
Looking back through all these different diets I can see that the less processed foods I ate the better I felt.
So, I’ve come to the point of only recommend to people a diet low or devoid of processed junk foods. Organic if possible. Clean water. Exercise.
It’s actually a lot easier to be healthy than most people think.
The challenge comes in getting of the addictive foods.
So, an extreme diet such as the carnivore diet provides a tasty, satiating, and simple way to cut out junk.
Similarly, to those who can’t tolerate the meat, a raw vegan diet can achieve the same goals.
Ultimately, I believe balanced diet is best as exemplified by centenarians. Look into the Blue Zones.
In summary, extreme diet to get yourself healed. Balanced diet and LIFESTYLE (God, family and friends, daily exercise, purpose in life) for true health and longevity.

hgh is human growth hormone, one of forms of roiding, that is commonly blamed for "palumboism"-the "pregnant bodybuidler" look. Growth hormone causes internal organs to increase in size as side effect (it is increasing muscle mass thats why it is used), whereas your entire frame does not grow, hence enlarged organs create huge gut that sticks out even if you are trianing like crazy. Rogan kinda looked like that, hence this comment. But, to be honest, his stomach looked like it got fat around internal organs, a normal response to bad diet accumulating its effects over decades. This fat is difficult to shed. But honestly if he was doing intermittient fasting this should not happen...unless he was eating a lot of carbs. Judging by his comment here he was eating a lot of carbs.

    • @OP-lk4tw
      @OP-lk4tw 11 місяців тому +5

@@masonryjoe I'm literally doing this right now, idk if I have IBS precisely but very likely it is, and if not it's something with very similar symptoms, just started eating meat only a few days ago and already feel a lot better, I mean it's the first diet I try and works from literally day 1, because that day I felt different already after eating, like lighter and able to move and focus my energy more freely, 0 inflammation (except from other foods I was still digesting at the time) and something I can't describe very well, but like an intuition or strong feeling about this being the perfect diet almost from the moment I ate it, I went to it for a reason in the first place, I started feeling tempted to eat meat again (after more than 2 years of not doing so for moral reasons) and getting desperate because pretty much all other foods were causing at least some degree of inflammation or discomfort.. it feels a bit boring to do meat everyday but it's really tasty and easy to cook, also I didn't experience diarrhea because of it, more like the opposite case for me (and i'm not talking about constipation or anything bad). Now I can't believe this type of speech is being banned or not promoted, because if you google treatments for IBS carnivore diet will be the last of the things you'll find, after useless probiotics and prebiotics and enormous lists of things that really don't appear to do anything but promess a better health in months or years that never comes, it feels like a scam really, the health care system is running under fucking ideologies that are nowhere tangential to reality, you're basically a lab rat playing a role in their agenda, when actually only by eating in a specific yet simple way you could fix all those "chronic, unsolvable" problems in less than a week, it's infuriating, I share vegan morality as a point of view completely, but at this point I think humans in the past fucked it up by reproducing so much and now we don't care enough to make the business more human since it would mean less profitable, and the places that do have better qualities take advantage of this by charging extra, meaning it's very limited access socially speaking, and if you're fighting to stop animal suffering at the cost of our suffering (we're also animals so really it's a contradiction) then I rather not participate and look out for me, call it selfishness, maybe it's, I call it survival instinct, and these ideologies that are out of touch with the real world should be seen for what they are, a joke, a misdirection to truth, and dangerous to the health of humans. But ofc these are not vegan activist only, probably pharma or other really powerful groups with an agenda, earning money with the death and suffering of people, it's the oldest trick in the book and we keep falling for it because it gets a techno-fashion-twist and a new face over the same narrative that's basically "you all get fucked while we get the best because we say so" with every generation or so, and corrupt to the bones, using scientists, which are supposed to be truth seekers btw, as their provider of status only to lie for them, this should be illegal yet it's all the way around

IBS is really medical term for ( they don’t know ) , I’ve had stomach pain and issues since I was very young . When it got severe, after 3 months and no quality of life, I thought back to when I did Keto. I ve done the Vegetarian thing , again trying to be making a better choice for animals. Felt like trash! Became verrry sickly. Funny thing about that is, over the years I have never met a Vegetarian who’s telling the truth-for the most part- who wasn’t constantly Hungry! Most all comment how it’s at times painful when they start craving meat. Listen to your body when it is screaming for what it needs. I went back to this one very Basic thing …… I NEVER had a stomach ache after I ate meat! I’ve taken all the expensive Probiotics, supplements- just a scam, no results or relief. Recently, I was told I was going to have to take a Med. for the rest of my life to control raging acid as well. Said oh no we don’t , literally switched the next day to Carnivore- you gotta be kidding me sooo much benefits I’m blown away. My psyche-- I feel like there’s a ton of people who’s diet would take away what they think or have been told was a mental health issue or illness . Shocking, but I’d love everyone to just try it and get it. So much crap in what should be our “Fuel”. Can’t hurt, but most will be helped by this 👍🥰🔥

After finding out that the medication (methotrexate) was killing my liver, I chose the carnivore diet. Met with my rheumatologist last week and had labs done. He called to say that my liver function is back to normal range and he would not need to prescribe any medications to help with the inflammation as there were no markers showing that I had an increase in inflammation. In the last 6 weeks, I've lost 18 lbs. but I truly could care less about the weight loss as much as I care about not being in pain!

There are nutritional differences between grass fed and grain fed cows and for full nutritional benefits you need to buy grass fed and grass finished. There is a register so you can check it's fully grass fed and finished but there actually aren't that many suppliers in the UK overall. In my area the nearest to me is an hour's drive away.

I got back on keto 4 months ago and only meat for the last month...I'm down to 187 and feel amazing. Get about 5 hrs sleep a night and that's all I need. I just wake up and I'm up, no need to roll over and go back to sleep. Good thing I love steak because I love it more now. By the way I realized at 2 and a half months that I didn't have cravings. It took that long to lose them....how much attention I had on food before was crazy, and I didn't even know it, till I realized I'd lost the cravings. I'm hardly ever hungry, fasting for a day or two is pretty easy now.

4:10 thats because of the aminogroup (in the proteins, which consist of aminoacids) which the body cant all use/reuse so the urea levels rise to high which is toxic at some point because the kidneys cant deal with a too high load of that.
(Besides, there are fatty acids that are essential anyways, because the body can only insert a double C-C bond at the 9th C atom in a fatty acid. which is why some omega fatty acids are essential because we need them to produce lipids.)

Pies, Cakes, Rolls, Doughnuts, Cookies, Bread, etc. It's how I was raised. I can now look at these things without CRAVINGS. It doesn't bother me at all to be around them. I am currently about 158 lbs, which I hadn't been in 45 years. Had to buy smaller pants too. I do occasionally enjoy Birthday Cake and Ice Cream with the grandkids' birthdays and eat some carbs with a meal, but I'm over being ruled by carbs and cravings. It's great. I'm in control. And, I NEVER get hungry. I eat to live and enjoy what I eat. Salads are a treat. I'm so glad I decided to cut the carbs. Amazing. Good to hear about your success. Good luck in your future.

You don't have to go through dehyration if you keep your electrolytes balanced.

I don't think I've heard any bad results with this diet. My joint pain got dramatically better in two days and is getting better slowly. My gut feels so much better and I rarely have cravings for food. I'm about one month in and plan to stay on the diet. I do have a cheat day now and then, I get a large popcorn at the movies when I go (low oxalates which is a must). It's important to take electrolytes to prevent cramping.

My energy is more stable and leveled out through the day, Strictly meat, grass fed beef, lamb, ribeyes, sardines, water and maybe one or two cups of coffee. Lost ten lbs but gaining muscle density amd strength while leaning out. Stomach is flatttening out bigtime. Zero bloating. I just feel an overall sense of wellness that I clearly did not have just a month ago!!!

I've been doing carnivore and have noticed that I no longer get sleepy while driving at work. I used to have to pee every 30 minutes or so and defecate 4-6 times a day. Down to every few hours, and once a day.
My eczema has cleared up, and the chronic discomfort in my scalp is gone. I'm not weighing myself but I feel like I look leaner in the mirror after a couple of weeks.
