It's "deficient" because that number is based on an average of people living on standard diets. They need more vit. C. Like Richard said in the video, our need for vit. C as carnivores is much lower. I wouldn't worry much about that test result.
The more carbs you eat (especially from grains, legumes) the more vitamin c you need because the body is constantly trying to repair itself. Many meats contain vitamin c, you can Google about that and include some.

My MD was concerned about vit C (no symptoms, but since im carnivore, he talked about scurvy lmao) and got me tested, and my results show
