    1) Lack of Exercise, 2) Processed (high glycemic index) Carbs in Diet, 3) Emotional Stress, 4) Lack of Sleep, and 5) Lack of Friends...puts you at risk for damaged and reduced efficiency of mitochondria which may lead to cancer. You're welcome 😂 26:00 mins in...
Also, tumor cells can be killed (without collateral damage to healthy cells) by ketosis and hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy. 🤯 1:09:19
In greater detail, a glucose/ketone index (GKI) is glucose per mmol in the blood divided by ketones per mmol in the blood. If you already have cancer, you should keep this value below 2 to decrease the growth of cancer cells... 51:11 Generally, people should be on a low carb diet with foods low on glycemic index to keep a low steady GKI. 53:42

I have UA-cam video of a 126 year talking sharp, standing erect and actually running with 20 year olds. He is still alive and well. Name is DhramPal. Lives in India. His secret: very little simple vegetarian food, runs a few miles every day (even at this age), have no use for industrial chemicals in the form of commercial toothpaste, soaps and pharmaceuticals, drinks raw cow milk (from his own farm). His 99 year old healthy/active wife cooks for him. He is disease-free and active. He lost no hair (they are white but no receding hairline). He was a competitive runner all life who won medals from many international and national races.

People are quick to dismiss "UA-cam" as a place of learning. While it's true there are some very crazy and wacky channels, there are also very many legitimate doctors and scientists and good podcast platforms like this one where we can learn that "conventional" diets are so processed and carb heavy our bodies just don't know what to do with it. Hand in hand with the pharmaceutical industry, the big companies that control our food and health have profit as the number one priority.

🙏 may Dr Seyfried‘s voice be heard far and wide. I know from my own personal journey with cancer 40 years ago. After nine months of treatment radiation and chemotherapy I was told it hadn’t worked and I should prepare to die within the next couple of months. being in my early 20s it was not what I wanted to hear and found that prospect totally unacceptable to me. I was forced out of my box to look for other possibilities as I realised the toxicity of the treatment was even worse than the disease. It led me onto a lifelong journey, to self responsibility and natural / holistic care, as only nature heals. My life changed beyond recognition and I am so grateful to people like this who are doing the science and pointing the way, giving other options to The allopathic standard which is brutal, mostly unsuccessful, and there’s nothing life-giving in it at all. 🙏

I do not eat vegetables, fruits (only exception is avocados) or grains and eliminated all seed oils from my diet. I have not had anything sweet since June of 2021. I was diagnosed with stage 3 hormone positive BC last year at the "height' of my health. ( I was erroneously told by a quack that bioidentical hormones are harmless)I have since learned that the doctors who treat cancer know basically nothing about returning the body to health. They treat cancer as a disease from which they believe a patient will die. So they look at it as hopeless from the get go.
Diet, exercise, faith, joy, and parasite cleansing are important. The patient MUST do the work!
And before you comment, know that I used these methods when my son was diagnosed with a terminal rhabdomyosarcoma 29 years ago. He is 31 and alive today.

So greatful for the good, simple and practical advice in this episode. Thank you so much!
I think Thomas is an incredible person, who genuinely wants to make a positive impact in people's lives. I hope that more people will be able to implement the different successful approaches, mentioned in this episode.
I personally don't truly have much knowledge about cancer (until I watched this episode) and thankfully do not have any family history of it either. However, I think this episode has taught me that our lifestyle and diet can have a significant impact our health, in relation to protecting ourselves from cancer.
I think our ancestors can teach us a lot about staying healthy, even though we live in a world with a lot more temptation than they had to overcome. There may be more convenient and junk food within our reach today, but they are definitely not worth it in the long term. I believe that the sacrifices we make today surely will be worth it in the future.
Also, I am personally a very big fan of fasting (and meditating). I've found it to be good way of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, although I understand that it is not easy. What has helped me is focusing my mind on why I want a healthier lifestyle, being disciplined and keeping in mind the positive outcome we can achieve as a result. Good habits take time to develop, so consistency is key and acknowledging all the progress that had been made helps too ❤

Thanks. Nothing new in this presentation that hasn't heard before. The problem is getting individuals to actually follow the advice.

Dr. Seyfried’s answer to the question was incredibly moving. He is the physical emanation of the word HERO! He will always be in my prayers, may he live long and succeed in every endeavor to benefit humanity.

It's crazy, my neighbors father in law, my other neighbor colon cancer, my mom breast cancer, and now my dad leukemia, have all had or gotten cancer. It's very concerning and feels like a huge uptick since the 90's... I'm looking into eating less sugar, fasting more often, exercising, and eating less carbs and processed foods. I hope it helps prevent me from this scary pandemic. I'm in my mid 30's.

Thoroughly enjoyed this. We need to make the changes with our kids so they make better choices and it gets passed to future generations.
We're in a period where we've made some mistakes with our diets and health, not even that long in the grand scheme of things, but it's time to fix it and cure our illnesses without toxic remedies.

This is really another fantastic guest, and his message is eye opening. We know about excercise and food, but I never heard it was source of cancer, too. Great conversation.
