    ❤ fantastic guest❤Sitting here in Qld Australia, my feet on the wet grass, face towards the sunrise, enjoying my icy coffee with cream.

    A gold mine of useful information. One of my favourite treats was bananas and cream, lots of cream for which I felt guilty, who'd of thought the problem was the banana not the cream!

      And they always recommend bananas for potassium even though other foods contain more.

    Thanks very much for including time stamps. It's the most frustrating thing in the world when people have an hour long interview and don't have it time stamped.

    Wow, love that she eats raw. Most think I'm a nut job for eating raw meat LOL. I don't eat every meal raw but even if I do cook it I cook it rare.

      @Gail-ux2ly raw meat is safe and healthy if your stomach ph is 2 or less. You run into problems when you mix raw meat with veg. Or drink too much water with meal

    • @Gail-ux2ly
      @Gail-ux2ly 4 дні тому +3

      @ it is not safety that I am concerned about. Raw meat is just too unappetizing for me.

      We can see from the last remaining ancestral tribes that they eat their meet cooked well. Either boiled in water for broth or grilled over fire.

    if bananas are confusing to the oral biome and mitochondria then so too must all the other plants that have been massively hybridised in the last 100 years or so, whether native to the UK or not. Personally I doubt that light and grounding make a great deal of difference compared to the food we eat, although getting out in the fresh air, the sunlight on our skin and the exercise of walking may have a significant impact on our mental and physical state. Much more evidence is needed to convince me.
