I rarely comment on videos. I was amazed the next morning. I thought maybe it was a coincidence how great my gut health was. The second day had the same result. Wow I never knew the benefits of a healthy vagus nerve. Thanks.
Adjustments I made for my body that might help others: 1) Checked curvature of lower spine for personal comfort; 2) Relaxed tension in upper shoulders and base of neck; 3) Tapped on areas with less force; 4) Lowered the repetition count from 30 to 10-15 for each progressive change in the sequence; 5) Alternated between tapping on diaphragm (in upper abdominal) and lower chest/heart region; 6) Pushed mindfully around sensitive areas of my belly region; 7) Adjusted clothing as necessary in the situation; 8) Stayed mindful of comfortable performance in place of perfectly following all the exercise, since it’s about tuning into each individual body’s stress and pain response.

I’ve been doing this for awhile now and it has been so incredibly helpful. I’ve dealt with panic/anxiety disorder for decades, used medication decades ago, managing on my own since because don’t want to be on benzos. This is by far the best thing I’ve come across and discovered when combined with deep and box breathing techniques. I find of I do it daily or every other day, even when not anxious, my anxiety is manageable. If I forget for a few days, anxiety spikes, but doing this helps bring it down into the manageable range again. I am trying to make this a daily habit about with my breathing techniques as well as medication. Stay with it! It helps!
This was my first time doing this. I feel more alive. I my body is vibrating and humming in a most peaceful way. I am looking forward to doing this everyday to see what it does for me.
I’m not even sure if I did this right. I’ve been struggling with terrible symptoms of heart palpitations, digestive issues and anxiety for months. Before I completed the last exercise I literally started crying. I have no idea why I became so emotional. I will continue to do this everyday to see how it will affect me. Hopefully this is exactly what I needed to get back to feeling like my old self.
Hi Amy, I’ve been suffering attacks of atrial fibrillation (high heart rate with fluttering where I nearly pass out) following hospitalisation for a sudden serious GI Bleed. My digestion is terrible and I have started recently with anxiety. I read an article by a leading cardiologist that AF can be triggered by the Vagus Nerve. I’m going to try this straight away- thank you so much…..🙏

What do you mean by bladder activation? Asking because I have been having a difficult time getting the stream of urine going even if bladder has plenty in. I thought it was tight because of often being so anxious - but still experience even if I think Im totally relaxed. In the beginning, I felt rigid structures in the back and sides of my neck loosening. Afterwards, I still have a slight headache, and also feel pain in my diaphragm, but not unbearable pains at all. My cheeks feel warmer now, and I feel hands and feet more alive. I hope I am on the right path here.

That's great news Tina! Soooo glad this helped you! 🤩
Adjustments I made for my body that might help others:
1) Checked curvature of lower spine for personal comfort;
2) Relaxed tension in upper shoulders and base of neck;
3) Tapped on areas with less force;
4) Lowered the repetition count from 30 to 10-15 for each progressive change in the sequence;
5) Alternated between tapping on diaphragm (in upper abdominal) and lower chest/heart region;
6) Pushed mindfully around sensitive areas of my belly region;
7) Adjusted clothing as necessary in the situation;
8) Stayed mindful of comfortable performance in place of perfectly following all the exercise, since it’s about tuning into each individual body’s stress and pain response.

I actually started yawning and burping! At first more pain came up from indigestion but it’s slowly going away. Not totally gone but I felt the warmth and just the ability to “be”, which was super nice. Will be doing this continuously! Thank you!

I have the same issues. Seems to really help me. Do you still do this everyday??
Hi Amy, sorry to hear that. How do you feel now that a few weeks have passed?
Hey Amy, how did your symptoms began?
Hi Amy, I’ve been suffering attacks of atrial fibrillation (high heart rate with fluttering where I nearly pass out) following hospitalisation for a sudden serious GI Bleed. My digestion is terrible and I have started recently with anxiety. I read an article by a leading cardiologist that AF can be triggered by the Vagus Nerve. I told my doctor I think it’s connected to my stomach but he dismissed this and just wants to increase meds. I prefer natural remedies and am so grateful to have found this video. I’m going to try this straight away- thank you so much…..🙏
Sounds like very similiar symptoms to long covid

Thank you so much! 💚

What do you mean by bladder activation? Asking because I have been having a difficult time getting the stream of urine going even if bladder has plenty in. I thought it was tight because of often being so anxious - but still experience even if I think Im totally relaxed. I have done this routine once or twice a week since I learnt it - perhaps 5 weeks now. Today, I started with a slight headache. In the beginning, I felt rigid structures in the back and sides of my neck loosening. Afterwards, I still have a slight headache, and also feel pain in my diaphragm, but not unbearable pains at all.
