    Tried this exercise for the first time yesterday, which I found a little bit tough, especially the raising of the arms and keeping them straight at the elbows. So I tried again today and it seems to be getting easier. Thank You Linda. I shall persevere. I'm so pleased I found this channel too.

    I love your 10 minute videos. Starting my morning with this routine kick starts my day. After that I do body tapping. You're my inspiration.

    this is the best and simplest exercise I ever came across. all I wanna say is thank you from the bottom of my heart. i love you linda sister. i added this in my daily life and it increases brain capacity too

    Wow this really did wake me up! I struggle with constant fatigue. My doctor said I have poor oxygen flow in my body

    it's great, for me it gives results until around 12-1 pm, in the later hours I prefer fatigue release video :)

    I don't see the benefit of sweeping & tapping the scalp but I luvvvvvv this stretching exercise.

      Wherever you tap brings energy and blood circulation to that area, so tapping your scalp lightly can help wake you up faster :) We're glad you enjoyed the stretching!

    I like the fact this beautiful lady wont torch us with more than 10 min for some exercises, although I can go the extra mile at 71 y/o 😇I almost said 70 😂
